Sunset/Sunrise 5 Bedroom Oceanfront Luxurious Rental
Both sides of Duplex are rentable. (Our 5000/week is for both sides of duplex). We can accommodate 2 people to 14 people. It is possible to rent either side for smaller parties.
Swim, snorkel, and surf from this beautiful and private attached duplex located in beautiful Waialua, on Oahu's gorgeous North Shore. Villa location is a short 40 minute drive from Honolulu International Airport. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Famous Surf Town Haleiwa.
The house is a newly construction duplex finished at the end of 2008. The entire property (the whole duplex) is rented together and can house 10 adults (12 including children).
House has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, two complete living rooms, two complete kitchens, etc. Sunrise Side has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Sunset Side has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths.
Property is on a sandy swim-able beach. We also offer beach toys, including a kayak, boogie boards, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, etc.
There are two sets of stairs, no elevator. House is not handicap accessible.
These beautiful homes feature everything you need to spend a few days relaxing in paradise. Worlds away from Waikiki; come and see the 'real' Hawaii.
We understand that you cannot always leave the office home, that’s why we offer high speed internet access is avaiable to keep the office running smoothly. You can also request a fax/print/scan machine.
Minutes from world famous Sunset Beach, Waimea Falls and Waimea Bay. 15 minutes from World Famous Turtle Bay where you can play golf, get a massage, or dine at some of the best restaurants on the North Shore. Ask us for recommendations!
Close to stores but just far enough out that we have no traffic; to experience some REAL Hawaii.
