This house is located in Long Beach Estates, Big Pine Key, Florida. It is a private peninsula and has very quick access to ocean and flats fishing. You can fish or jump in and swim right off the sea wall because this house is not on a canal(no long canal rides, saves time and gas). Plus incredible sunsets every day !
This is a relaxing waterfront home that is on open water, great for boating and 10 minutes to the Open Ocean. It has a 100 foot seawall to accommodate a large boat. The water here is loaded with Snapper, just bait your hook and hold on. It comes with a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. You can totally escape your worries on Long Beach in this private home. Long Beach Drive has a five mile round trip bike path for bicyclists, walkers, and joggers.
Relax at the private patio, cook on the gas barbecue grill. The house comes with TV Satellite, a king size bed in the master bedroom with a master bath, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa plus a queen size futon. A Florida Room with comfortable furniture and incredible water view overlooks Coupon Bight. The Kitchen was remodeled 2003 with new appliances and countertop. New tile throughout the house in 2006.
Big Pine Key, Mile Marker 30, is a unique island because of its large-size and available fresh water. It is home to the famous Key Deer who are protected and can be seen roaming freely all over the island. Deep-sea, reef, or flats fishing are some of your many choices.
Divers and snorkelers will love Looe Key Reef and swimming at Bahia Honda State Park (voted America’s Best Beach) nearby at Mile Marker 36. Exciting Key West is only 30 minutes away. Marathon is 20 minutes. There is also a famous exclusive island called Little Palm Island that can be reached only by boat shuttle, where Sunday brunch is served.

This house has the best boating access; easy to get to both open water of the Atlantic Ocean and also right by the flats fishing areas for big tarpon,bonefish and permit.

This is my former residence and my family and I use this house quite often for ourselves. It is very relaxing and fantastic star gazing too! Also, good area for Birding and we have seen Roseate Spoonbills a few times. Great kayaking area and house has 2 kayaks.
