Black Hat Western Lodge is located on the Ninth Hole of a premier golfing community established on 485 acres of the historic Leachman Angus Ranch, just west of bustling Bozeman, Montana.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is an absolute classic. There is a huge rock fireplace, leather furniture and a great stereo system. The living room is attached to the dining room. The dining room is notable for its' upholstered chairs, harvest table and the open view to the ninth hole. The table seats 8, but the dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and BBQ deck. There is plenty of seating for the whole family!
FAMILY ROOM - CENTERPIECE OF THE HOME!
The family room is the "must have" in any vacation room. There is a 64" HDTV, wet bar and a "lounge" style leather couch. Also, the hot tub is located off of the the double French doors and lower stone rimmed patio.
BEDROOMS:
Black Hat Western Lodge has three bedrooms, an office and four baths. All bedrooms have new mattresses and high quality linens. There is a master suite with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds.
The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor of the home and has an airy feel. In addition to fantastic views from the room, there is a private attached bath, trimmed in multi colored tile and a western motif. The attached bath has a gigantic Jacuzzi tub, separate double headed shower and double sinks.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY:
Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing nearby (Gallatin River is 10 minutes away.) The quaint, historic town of Bozeman is only 8 miles away. You can fly fish on the Jefferson or Madison or you can head into Yellowstone National Park at the West Entrance, which is only 75 min. from your home. Or it is only 50 min South to Big Sky for skiing or excellent shopping.
OTHER AMENITIES:
Full laundry room, land line phone, Wi-Fi Internet access, SAT TV. All soaps, paper and cleaning products and basic cooking supplies (seasonings and condiments) are provided by the Homeowners.
