This house is absolutely beautiful with its wood floors, granite countertops, gas stove and gas fireplace. On the first deck is a Gas Grill and a Porch Swing where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and its' wildlife. You may walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach (rentals available). The house is on a dead-end street and is about 3/10' mile to the beach, and is only a little over a year old.
The first floor of this home is the custom kitchen, living room, and one guest bedroom (queen) and one full bath.
The second floor is the den with wet bar, refrigerator, computer desk, TV, and futon. There is another guest bedroom (queen) and a full bath. Then there is the Master Bedroom (king) with a private bath with whirlpool tub, shower, etc. Each room has a TV.
There are so many amenities in this ocean front gated resort, you may never want to leave the park!

We were there on 7-2-11 thru to 7-9-11 This was the best looking house we have ever stayed in for the last 7 years,great golf cart great place to fish in the lake inside the house is so nice. I would love to rent this house again.

We could not have had a more perfect place to stay while at Ocean Lakes! The house is absolutely beautiful and Sandy was a pleasure to deal with. In driving around looking at other homes, we discovered there were none that looked quite like this one and that was very refreshing. The position of the home is very private and right beside a lake, which provided for lots of nature! We enjoyed watching the squirrels, rabbits, ducks, geese, crane etc. just by sitting on the front porch. The accommodations were wonderful and we didn’t lack for anything. I would stay here again, and would recommend it as well.

Let me start by saying WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I thought nothing could compare to your five bedroom home, but I must say I think you out did yourself on this one!!! Sandy exactly where do you get your mad skills? This house is freaking amazing!!! Not only is the house amazing, the owner is just as wonderful. We stayed in her five bedroom last year and decided to try out her three bedroom this year, which is located right next door, and boy were we pleased!!!! Thanks again Sandy for a wonderful stay in another one of your beautiful homes!!! We'll see you again next year!!!

My family and I did not expect such a beautiful clean rental. OMG we had such a awesome week on the beach and coming back to such a homesome house everyday. We were sad to leave!!!!!We will come back every year if the house is available.

We planned to stay for five days and ended up staying ten. We only came home because work beckoned. That's how much we loved this house, the community, and Sandy's wonderful hospitality and graciousness. The photos and description are on point. The house is absolutely beautiful and private, with everything you could need. The beach is a lovely walk away, and the community has restaurants, pools, and even shows, all within walking distance. And of course there is the beach! But what made the experience perfect was Sandy, the owner. She was always available and more than that, more than generous. She really welcomed us. The kitchen is lovely and well-spaced. Most days we cooked our meals because the kitchen has every piece of equipment needed, but if I had to recommend a restaurant I'd recommend California Dreaming. I would absolutely recommend this house to those most dear to me, and I would love to stay again.
