This house is absolutely beautiful with its wood floors, granite countertops, gas stove and gas fireplace. On the first deck is an outside TV, Gas Grill and a Porch Swing where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and its' wildlife. You may walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach (rentals available). The house is on a dead-end street and is about 3/10' mile to the beach, and is only a little over a year old.
The first floor of this home is the custom kitchen, living room, and one guest bedroom (queen) and one full bath.
The second floor is the den with wet bar, refrigerator, computer desk, TV, and futon. There is another guest bedroom (queen) and a full bath. Then there is the Master Bedroom (king) with a private bath with whirlpool tub, shower, etc. Each room has a TV.
There are so many amenities in this ocean front gated resort, you may never want to leave the park!
