Our property is located on the beautiful island of Exuma, The Bahamas, which is known for having some of the most breath-taking beaches in the Caribbean. A gorgeous view of the water is captured from the covered porch. Refreshing sea breezes can be felt almost continually, due to the close proximity to the water, and the elevated terrain.
The neighborhood is quiet and is predominantly occupied by offshore winter residents. It is a perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers excellent opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends.
The main house is elevated to the second level, with the lower level comprising of a storage/exercise room and a sitting area. The property is landscaped, and there is lots of space for the kids to play. The home was completed in January 2008.
