This home is an original. While it's not a McMansion with granite counter tops it is a classic beach house and it's best quality is the one that you most want; it is literally steps from the beach. While it's not beachfront it has a similar view of the beach because the house across the street is beachfront. After spending the day at the beach you'll shower and sit on the porch with a drink while you watch the rest of the people walk many blocks to their parked cars.
The house is walking distance to everything in town including the best dining, stores, a great library and the playground. Riding bikes or jogging on the scenic boardwalk are only minutes away. This beach is one of the best in the world and it has surfing, volleyball courts and other beach activities. A night on the Ocean City boardwalk is less than 15 minutes away and is a throwback to days of good family fun with the classic rides and games. Later the adults can drive just 10 minutes and be in Atlantic City and enjoy the casinos, restaurants, top entertainment and concerts. Atlantic City also has an outdoor outlet mall with all of the best brands at outlet prices.
Atlantic City also has a direct train to Manhattan so you can see a Broadway show and be back on the beach the very next day. Wow, what a great summer you've had!
