The Unique Benefits at this CondoJack loves to read on the lani when we aren't walking on the beach or swimming. Central location gives easy access to all parts of the island. Cafe O'Lei just down the street is one of our favorite restaurants.

This 3rd floor view studio was wonderful. The web photos do not do justice to the great views . This 3rd floor studio surpassed my expectations. The views from the lanai were incredible, especially the sunsets. The web pictures only show views from the kitchen and omit great views from living room or lanai. It is located in a very quiet location away from the lanais on the front of the C. bldg. The studio was so refreshing to enter with the large comfortable wall bed and the obvious cleanliness of furniture, kitchen and bathroom. New Maytag front loaders were very efficient and quiet. I recommend this unit to everyone; as noted, it is not convenient for children. Look forward to awakening early to the wonderful tropical birdsongs. Recommend Hawaiian Moons health food store salad and hot bar for meals etc. Foodland grocery store supports the Hawaiian people so I suggest purchasing in this store instead of the huge monopoly of Safeway. Recommend driving or getting the 'Maui Bus' to Wailea (a few minutes away). Maui Bus has really improved over the years and is very reliable. Wailea Beach is lovely and calmer than the 3 Kamaole beaches when they have surf and high waves. Wailea beach now has a road sign so you can find it more easily than years ago. The 'Swap Meet" held every Sat. morning in Kahului, is great for meeting artists, seeing/buying their work and is much cheaper for same items than at stores on the island. The photos don't do justice of the lovely oceanview from this condo. The kitchen and bath were recently remodeled and very functional. I loved the murphy bed -- it was very comfortable and easy to pull down and put away again. The pool was beautiful and a comfortable temperature. We swam in the early evening after sunset. I would definitely return to this condo again.

My husband and I rented this place for one week in January for our honeymoon. We got off to a rocky start because the place had not been cleaned. A phone number was left for us in case any problems arose. We called Karen right away and she returned the call the next morning and everything was taken care of that day! The condo is best for two people and maybe one small child. It is perfect, the kitchen has everything you need. The best view ever of whales right in your front yard early morning and just before the sunset! We had rented a vehicle, but if you are there for just the beach, it is right across the road. Lots of beach! A few things missing to make things right for the beach. A bodyboard to do some body surfing, the waves are pretty awesome, some snorkeling gear and a cooler. We rented a condo in order to not eat out often, so we had to buy a cooler to pack our lunches for the day. We also bought a bodyboard , but for $20.00 what do you expect....it broke. Otherwise we would have left it for the next visitors. All in all it suited our needs and I will return...hopefully in the near future!!!
Owner response:Oops! missed them by one day! but all was well and they were compensated for their delays. This is a studio and accomodates as such, so with the full-on ocean view, full tub/shower bath, laundry in unit, full kitchen, it is a great place to enjoy paradise on a budget. There is a pool and tennis court, and dedicated parking for your car, and a BBQ area. Enjoy!
