This is a charming cottage right on your own beach with spectacular views from Cape Cod to Woods Hole and the Elizabeth Islands. A nice, large yard, big deck, and your own mooring and boat ramp. Enjoy the sunset from the deck while you grill those burgers. Fall asleep listening to the waves lap against the shore.
Cottage has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. Fully-equipped eat in kitchen opens up to living area. A full bathroom as well as an additional outdoor shower (also with views of the ocean!). This is all in a very private, family-oriented neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Mattapoisett is a lovely old seafaring village, with plenty of activity in the summer.
