You will enjoy an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, pool and beautiful surroundings. Cabo Rojo is know for it's beaches, with more than seven beaches within a 20-minute drive. Apartment complex is at the Club Deportivo del Oeste, Joyuda, and Cabo Rojo Golf Course. Joyuda is known as the Seafood Mile consisting of more than 80 seafood restaurants on a one mile stretch. The apartment is at a high-end complex with excellent amenities. You will find everything you need, from beach towels and beach chairs to a coffee machine and blender for your tropical drinks. There are several outdoor BBQ's around the garden and pool area, pool, and snorkeling right at your back yard. View the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony relaxing at the hammock. Beautiful sunsets are just part of the deal!

Cabo Rojo is best known for its beaches, so you will have plenty of spots to choose from. From Joyuda you can catch a ride to 'Ratones Island', a beautiful key where you can spend the day. 'Ratones Island' has bathroom and shower facilities for your convenience. Also at Joyuda is Adventures Tourmarine where you can go on snorkling or diving trips as well as fishing trips or just a ride around the beautiful West Coast!
Don't forget to visit Boqueron picturesque town as well as Cabo Rojo's Lighthouse and famous 'Playuela' beach. Boqueron Beach has been awarded for the 4th consecutive year a BLUE FLAG. The Blue Flag is a voluntary eco-label awarded to beaches and marinas in 46 countries. The BLue Flag works towards sustainable development of beaches and marinas through strict criteria dealing with water quality, environmental education and information, environmental management and safety among other services.
Boqueron Beach is situated in southeast Puerto Rico, in the quaint waterfront town of Boqueron. The sandy white beach is over a mile long and borders sparkling turquoise waters and is one of the most unique stretches of sand in Puerto Rico. It attracts many kinds of visitors, from social to active beachgoers. The atmosphere and views help make it a great choice that everyone in your group can enjoy.
Boqueron beach is family oriented with picnic tables, convenient parking, gazebos, handicap facilities including access to water, accommodations, cafeteria, playground, restrooms and lots of palm trees perfect for a shaded nap on the beach.
Casinos: Puerto Rico's cool casinos attract all kinds of people, from serious gamblers and casual gamers to sightseers. Mayaguez Resort and Casino 444 slot machines and Holiday Inn and Tropical Casino 377 slot machines are open 24 hours. Both casinos are located in hotels so, in addition to slots and table games, you will also find lively bars, live music and fine dining. You are welcome to try your luck if you are 18 years or over and wearing casual clothes or better attire (no beachwear).
Gastronomical Experience: Joyuda is known as 'The gastronomical mile'. Two miles filled with excellent seafood restaurants... the best in the Island. This mile stretch is less than 7 minutes drive from the apartment. Exiting Joyuda you will find El Galeon where its boat shape attracts all visitors, and its good food makes them come back for more.
At Cabo Rojo's town square you'll find several fine dining restaurants as well. If you are looking for a relax ambiance, Parada Cuesta Blanca Restaurant or Piñeiro's Restaurant, both in PR#307 are good choices for excellent food! At Boqueron you will find Albemar's Pizzeria, Pika Pika Mexican Restaurant, Brassas Restaurant and many small local restaurants, bars and pubs.

We visited this condo in December 2009 and had a wonderful time. The condo is well equipped with all of the necessities and many extras. From the bottle of wine in the fridge, the comfortable bed, quiet and good air-conditioning, the view – everything was wonderfully thought out and provided. I have not stayed in a nicer beach condo. We really appreciated that the condo was in a secure gated community. The grounds were manicured, and well illuminated at night. We had a wonderful visit and would love to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed from 2/24/2012 to 3/24/2012 and it was great. The view from the condo is just beautiful with a steady breeze coming off the water. This condo has everything you need except your toothbrush. The facility is gated and very secure. The grounds are manicured constantly with a friendly staff. The beach area is great for shell hunting and shallow snorkeling. To the left there is a path to another beach with terrific swimming area. You are only minutes from many restaurants and mall shopping and many other beaches and things to see. You will need a car during your stay. We loved this so much we reserved a month for next year. This is definitely one of the best kept secrets in Puerto Rico! The pictures that represent this apartment, do not do it justice....it is so much more beautiful. Definitely breathtaking and cozy. The owner is just wonderful and very professional. Loved the hammock! Perfect to start the day or unwind at night. The location is so convenient, close to everything. The apartment is well kept and in great conditions. Definitely will visit again! My nieces had a great time!Owner response: Thanks for those kind words. Pasamos unas cortas vacaciones en el apartamento. El lugar es muy hermoso y tranquilo. Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina y las áreas de juego. Las faciliadades están en excelentes condiciones. Realmente es mejor de lo que se vé en fotos. El apartamento lo tiene todo. Sin dudas tuvimos lo que buscabamos; diversión, relajamiento y comodidad. We stayed 28 days from Jan to Feb. Absolutely perfect. The condo is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay perfect. We found a pound of the delicious Meson coffee waiting for us right next to the coffee pot. What a nice thought, we had traveled 12 hours to get to the island and were ready for some r and r. The cooler with wheels and the beach chairs and towels were our best friends. We purchased a regular Road Map at walgreens which became our "GPS". Found every beach, one each day, some went back twice. Playa Sucia by the Cabo Rojo lighthouse and Salt Flats became Paradise to us. Boqueron beach is the closest, go on Saturday or Sunday evenings, park at the beach for a nominal fee and walk to the village, you will not regret this treat of locals selling their fresh clams, oysters, craft. Find Crash Boat beach in Aguadilla where you will see the colorful fishing boats crashing onto shore one by one, get close so you see the abundance of fish (specially red snapper) in the boats. Plenty of vendors selling pinchos, shrimp, pork, goodies, pina coladas, beer at this beach. It is a swimming beach, enjoy. We did get to see the Whales in Rincon, what a site! Visited the Arecibo Observatory but wasted our time doing the caves. After a 3 hour drive we waited in their lobby 3 other hours before we were told they were running behind and asked if we could return the next day. We had arrived at 10 in the morning and new we could not get out of Joyuda any earlier. We did get a refund. We highly recommend this condo, Maria is so gracious, and we are coming back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo and its location are fantastic! Everything in the condo was provided as promised--it was sparkling clean and beautiful! The accommodations were perfect for me and my husband. The grounds, pool and beach were beautifully maintained. The condo is close to Mayaguez (shopping), Joyuda (dining) and all the local beaches (fishing and snorkelling). We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning one day soon. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was a nice place with some nice restaraunts and beaches close by. First time renting instead of staying at a hotel. Kids felt comfortable and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. I recently visited Puerto Rico and fell in love with this condo.. The location is perfect, it was really clean and in a quiet area…The view of beach right outside your balcony was beautiful, the pool was great.. the community going into condo is beautiful and well maintained… The near by restaurants were delicious… were can I say, I definitely recommend this place and will always go back to stay there!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I wanted something special for our friends coming down to visit our island for the honeymoon from Hungary, they as aswell as us where amazed at the beautiful scenery from the balcony( it seems you where staring at a postcard) we love the place the surrounding the quietness and clean condo, it was more than they expected and my girfriend been a professonial photographer, couldn't put down her camera, we all enjoy every minute there and didn't want to leave, we will recommed this place... anytime and we hope to come down ourselves sometime soon too.. the only discomfort after the 3rd day was a uncomfortable inflatable bed , but otherwise everything else was super ..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The apartment was clean and well furnished with everything we needed.
