Of all the vacations my family and I have taken, this is the first time I haven't been ready to go home by the week's end. Although the listing photos accurately depict this beautiful listing, I was unprepared for the condo's true beauty and warmth when we walked through the door for the first time. I knew immediately that this was going to be our best vacation yet ... that proved to be very true!! Everything was so clean and bright, and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The day after we returned home from vacation, my husband commented that he missed having his coffee on the balcony to the sight and sound of the ocean. We could tell by the contents of the condo, that the owners intention was to make us feel at home. It was fully equipped with everything imaginable for a great vacation. I loved that we didn't have to get in our cars to drive to the ocean, and that there were so many shops/stores within walking distance. From the very beginning, the owner was very helpful with all of my concerns and questions. I had never rented a condo before, so I had many. She was always very polite and very kind. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time by the ocean. The condo was amazing, and the property was very clean and well maintained. The experience as a whole was absolutely perfect. When we return to Destin, and we have already decided we will, = ), I will definitely be booking this condo again.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for 2 weeks this past summer and we all agree that it was probably the best, most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The condo is clean, furnished very nicely and as beautiful as the pictures show. This is a very family-oriented resort with a beautiful pool and grill area, easy access to the beach and convenience to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Linda was extremely easy and honest to deal with and was even nice enough to have a "goody" basket waiting for us when we arrived at the condo. We would highly recommend this owner, this property and this condo during your stay in the Destin area and can't wait to go back ourselves!!

Great Family Vacation Condo

From the very beginning, I had a great experience working with the owners to rent this condo. When we arrived it definitely was over our expectations! This is a great condo for a family vacation or if you have two couples. It is right on the beach and the interior is very spacious and nicely renovated. I highly recommend staying here. I know I will be next time I visit Destin!

We stayed in this condo last week and it was awesome. We have little ones and it was perfect for children, so clean and well kept. We felt very comfortable and right at home. The views in this condo are amazing. I could sit on the couch and feed my infant his bottle in the morning and look at the ocean. The basket of treats was so nice. Thanks. We had the best vacation yet and we've been going to Destin every summer for 5 years now. Thanks for everything.

This condo was great. We loved that it was so close to the beach. The kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool as well. The interior of the unit was like new condition and very spacious. We would definatly stay again!

We enjoyed spending another winter at this beautiful condo. Each room is decorated very nicely with everything a person needs to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. The view of the Gulf with its white sandy beach from the balcony is beautiful .Listening to the sounds of the waves is peaceful and relaxing. This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

Lovely condo. Excellent location to many restaurants and places to shop. The access to the beach is great. The owner will make your visit very pleasant. It is well maintained and has all the necessities. We had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful vacation. The beaches at Destin are beautiful, the water very clear. One of our favorite experiences was having dinner outside at Harry T's and watching the boats come in the harbor. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It's close to the beach and has a great view of the Gulf. The owners are extremely accommodating. The complex also has a nice work out room along with tennis courts, shuffle board, grills at the pool,etc. Great place to stay.

We just returned from our stay and can only say wonderful things! The Mainsail is family oriented, located in an area that was not crowded. The condo is bright, large, updated and welcoming, with beach toys and games already there. The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful and we overlooked the pool area as well. A short walk down to the beach, no roads to cross. Very near Silver Sands outlet and just a short drive down scenic old Hwy 98 to our favorite place to eat, Pompano Joes! We liked the fact that it was a gated community and staff were present on site. Great condo, no complaints! We will be back!

Our family had a great time on the beach, this condo had everything we needed for our stay. The colors in the condo were bright and inviting. The beach was close to the room and a beautiful view from the balcony. We also used the grill around the pool to grill our 4th of July meal. My family would definitely like to stay in this condo again our next stay in Florida!

We have rented lots of beach condos, and this was the best so far! This family has thought of everything to make this beautifully decorated condo comfortable for their guests. The condo's location is perfect for running down to the beach and also conveniently overlooks the pool. We couldn't have had a better time! We look forward to renting this unit again!
