"Seaside Serenity" sits in a quiet section of Topsail Island, not far from "downtown" Surf City. This home is approximately .8 miles from the pier in Surf City. Very large, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home directly across from the beach access. You have wonderful oceanviews from all areas of the upper and lower decks. Easy access to the beach crossing only a small secondary road that is not heavily traveled.
There is plenty of off the street parking as well as a small picnic table outside for you to enjoy. Relax in the private outdoor shower after a long day on the beach. Enter in on the 1st floor of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the same floor. These bedrooms collectively have 2 queen size, 2 twin size and 1 double size beds.
Each of the bedrooms on the right hand side have access to the deck outside. Take the stairs to the second floor into the living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room and dining room overlook the ocean.
Finally, the master suite with queen size bed is set off to the side of the living room with a private bathroom. There is also a large deck on the 2nd floor accessed off of the living room. For a quiet section of the beach, location and cleanliness, this house is truly a bargain.

Off Season: Jan 01-May 08, Sep 12-Dec 31 .. $ 800/week
Mid Season: May 09-Jun 05, Aug 15-Sep 11 .. $1025/week
Peak Season: Jun 06-Aug 14 ................. $1450/week
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in the off and mid seasons and a 1 week
min in the peak season. Unfortunately these rates do not include the applicable
taxes. Also, please consider that we do not provide linens for the property.
There is a rental service that you can use, or you are certainly welcome
to bring your own. Please call or email for available dates.
