This is one very unique location, sand dunes in your back yard and Lake Michigan in your front, awesome 360 degree views, see 25 mile down the shore line. Just 300 feet to the beach and miles of shore line. This wrap around deck is where you will call home, watching the dune buggies or the setting sun. This home was built only last year so everything is new. While the boys play on the dunes, the girls will be on the beach. Something for every one. Want stuff to do? There are three go-cart tracks, miniature golf, 4-5 nice golf courses, antiquing, ice cream, rent a ATV or a jeep or a sand rail and whoop it up in the dunes! Rent a pontoon boat, row boat, ski boat, canoe, or kayak. Several nice restaurants in the Silver Lake area, or drive 15 minutes up the road to Pentwater, this little harbor town offers several nice eateries, and shopping.
