The Great Room with cathedral ceiling, view of the lake features a “Martin” L.P. gas fireplace with custom mantel/tile, plush living room furniture and a flat screen television.
Adjoining the Kitchen is a casual dining area as well as a formal dining room.
On the second floor, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a flat screen television, queen bed, dressers, wall-to-wall carpeting and two walk-in closets. The second has a queen bed, the third has two twin beds, and all rooms have dressers, wall-to-wall carpeting and spacious closets.
Each bath is fully fitted with toilet, in cabinet sink, shower and has ceramic tile flooring. The Master Bath is fitted with cultured marble vanity tops/double bowl sink and an aqua glass fiberglass shower and a relaxing whirlpool tub.

Pigliavento Builders is a family owned home building company established in 1983. The company was founded by Edward Pigliavento, Sr. and two of his sons, Edward, Jr. and Michael. Working along side his father for many years, Edward Sr. became a skilled craftsman in many different construction trades. He worked as a union mason and site foreman before going into business with his sons.
