Year Purchased: 2006
We relocated to Jacksonville Beach to be close to our daughter and grandson. We wanted to enjoy the Beach Life and be close to the many amenities in the area. We love sitting out on the patio and watching the birds, dolphins, and other beach life (people included). We each bought bicycles and have equipped them for frequent bike rides.
Why the Owner Chose Jacksonville Beach
We looked long and hard for this comfortable condo and finally found it as a jewel in the rough. We have taken time and remodeled and updated the entire condo. It was a project we totally enjoyed and are really pleased with. It is close to good restaurants, retail outlets, but it is also close to world class health care through the Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the beach and more beach, the sound of the surf and the ocean misting our faces. Even the storms are spectacular from our balcony.
