Gather the family around the sectional in the great room for a movie after a day of fun and sun on the beach! Our condo is close to State Parks, several golf courses, putt-putt golf, water parks, go-karts, rides on the Boardwalk, tennis, bike/jog along the Breakwater Junction trail, kite-boarding, surfing, jet skiing and more! Or try Bonkersville for indoor fun. Walk to Jimmy Lynn's for fresh seafood and crabs to go or walk to Tijuana Taxi for Mexican food! Enjoy outlet shopping, boutique shopping, antiquing, museums, movie theater - all a short drive from the condo. Or arrange for a spa day at any one of the fabulous spas.
We offer bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and a small cooler for the beach. We also have some floats for use in the pool.
Check out Dover Downs or Harrington for some exciting off track betting or slots and Dewey Beach for exciting bar nightlife! Jump on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and spend the day in Cape May, NJ.

Year Purchased: 2004
Pete and I have been going to the DE beaches since we were both little kids and we still can't get enough of the beautiful, clean beaches. If you are looking for excitement and people watching, then the Boardwalk is the place for you. If you want a quieter beach, then try the north end or the State Parks. We knew that one day we would end up in Lewes since life here is so great. From the time we turn the key in the door, we feel our stress just melt away . . . We enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and little wine bars the area has to offer. Both Rehoboth and Lewes are wonderful family beach areas and we love it here. We hope you will find the same peace we find - and a little excitement too!

We chose this area of DE because it offers such a variety of things to do, excellent restaurant selection and exciting night life all with a small town feel.

We enjoy the great shopping bargains at the outlets and it's TAX FREE shopping! If we are too tired to go out, we just pick up some seafood at Jimmy Lynn's and bring it back to the condo and dine on the patio. It's a wonderful and relaxing place to be!
