Casa Sol y Luna is a large structure, consisting of two interconnected villas. The lower villa is Casa Sol a complete 3 bedrooms four bathroom with living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room plus a large terrace .All bedrooms and terrace with ocean view.
The upper villa, Casa Luna, is a complete three-bedroom/four-bath/living/dining/kitchen with a large terrace with hammocks and sofas overlooking the ocean. It has a large roof top partially covered terrace with an uninterrupted panoramic view of Cozumel island ,the jungle and a wet land that host a large variety of wild life. There is also an interior stairway that connects both villas into a very large 6BR/8B villa .
To accommodate larger groups , Casa Sol y Luna boasts a two floor bungalow .Ocean view upper floor has 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a dining-kitchen room . Lower floor has two bedrooms , one bathroom ,a living-dining room and kitchen .
The lighted swimming pool, with a child-friendly Jacuzzi, is the meeting place for the young ones. Adults, while keeping an eye on the children,can indulge in nearby hammocks swaying above the sand. Adjacent to the swimming pool there is an outdoor kitchen under a thatched roof bar with gas and coal barbecue grill, refrigerator, and stools for enjoying a family barbecue.
Internet wide band, VOIP telephone service, satellite TV, video games and DVD films are among the amenities available at the villa..
As a private vacation home rental, there are no other guests on the property. The entire staff lives on-site in separate living quarters and will always be on hand to take care of all your needs, while respecting your privacy at all times. The services of our cook can be arranged at an additional fee. We offer a wonderful menu in case you would like to have a cooking free vacation.

Originally we built Sol y Luna as our second home , our two kids are now studying overseas and Sol y Luna became a too large villa for us to spend the weekends , it then became a rental property.

It's roomy , very well cared for, a safe Villa , and has everything anyone would want in a vacation. They have beach towels, pool toys, beach toys, lounge chairs, sea kayaks, hammocks, stereos, etc. Overall, we were just so happy to be on a beautiful private beach, with our own pool and cooking staff, that we hardly left the house, except for a few excursions into Playa del Carmen for shopping (20 mins away) and Tulum for Mayan ruins (1 hour south). All in all I hardily recommend it.

Casa Sol y Luna is aptly named. The most amazing fool moon was visible from our balcony last night, reflecting a silver luna path on the ocean. Each morninh we woke up to the warm sun and enjoyed refreshing swims in the turquose ocean. The spacious villa met all our needs. We especially would like to thank Amarente , Jesus and Zoila for their kindness to my family.Thank you for the wonderful memories at Casa Sol y Luna. My parents 50th wedding anniverary will be treasured for years to come. We can not wait to return to this little piece of heaven again !!

When I saw Casa Sol y Luna , I felt as if I were starting a new life. I was no longer Geraldine but Reina of the castle which was mine. The lovely people who work here made my dream ever more real. It is a beautiful home with fabulous views of pretty palm trees and tropical plants.Jesus saw to ours every need and so did Zoila and Amarente. Never have I had a better vacation , a lovely house and my great family. Who needs more? Not I !!! Thank...Geraldine
