Second floor unit with easy access to all the amenities our building offers. We have an indoor pool with a separate hot tub. The sauna is wonderful place to relax. Our new exercise faciltiy is great for all to enjoy. Our outdoor pool is very large and has a kiddie pool attached.
Gorgeous beach views from this unit. Enjoy sitting out on the large L shape balcony while sipping on a cool beverage. Our building has 2 elevators for your convenience.
Romar Place is close to all attractions-walk across the street to eat a great Lunch/Dinner at Wintzell's. You can walk down the street to hear live music or watch a game on the BIG SCREEN at Live Bait.
Romar Place is only minutes away from all the area's attractions-golfing, shopping, walking, bike riding, fishing, puttputt-just too many things to do..or just enjoy doing nothing at all.

We had a great time! The weather was perfect, the water was so clear this time of year, the condo was so cute and cheerful! We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

It was a truly wonderful stay at Romar Place. Very well kept grounds, pool, and beach accesss boardwalk. The condo was very clean and had a home-like feel. We will definitely be using this condo again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family has come to Romar Place for years, so we knew the treat that awaited us! We love the locale, both the pools, and the low density of RP. The owner was very accommodating, as we made a spur-of-the moment decision to come down for some much needed R & R. The condo had everything we could possibly need and more so. Most rental units have stiff, scratchy linens, but these beds were especially comfortable, with soft sheets as well as bath towels. San Roc Cay is fun for shopping, as is the Wharf. Doc's and King Neptune's are 2 favorite casual places to eat, and Cobalt is great for a more extensive menu. We also love to eat at some of the nicer restaurants at the Wharf. But the kitchen at 203 RP is stocked with everything we needed when we chose to eat in at the condo. Thanks again to the owners for working with us on such a short time frame!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were very pleased with the condo at Romar Place 203. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we had easy access to the indoor pool as well as the beach. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor grills, because of all of the great places to eat in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores(DeSoto's in Gulf Shores was voted as the favorite and LuLu's a close 2nd place this trip), but they appeared clean and were used almost every night. The owners were easy to work with and the condo was clean and a place you would like to call your own. This was our sixth trip to Orange Beach, however, it was our first time staying in the Romar Place, and we were as pleased as the previous five trips. We hope to visit again next year and if this condo was available we would definitely look to see if it was available for that week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We enjoy spending time with our family and friends at the beach. Laying out by the beach and laughing about old times and making new memories.
Why the Owner Chose Romar Place:
My husband and I enjoyed renting in this complex because it was a low density building. It has all the luxuries we wanted while we are on vacation at the beach. It is so close to all the activities we enjoy...bike riding, walking, on the beautiful trails, golfing, putt putt, shopping, fishing or just sitting on the private beach. So when we could afford to buy our own vacation home we knew just where we wanted to buy Romar place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The convenience of our unit is what we truly enjoy. We are right above the outdoor pool, so we can watch our grandchildren in the pool while enjoying a cool beverage. We are close to everything in our complex and don't even need to take the elevator.
Sometimes we will walk across the street and eat a delicious meal at Wenzel's.
We are close to all the activities that we enjoy.
