The West Bay area is the new and trendy area of the Bahamas. With lots of common amenities such as gourmet markets, spas and shopping, etc. it provides a perfect way to live like an islander in a resort setting. The area has lots of beautiful landscaping and unobstructed views of the ocean. Many visitors and locals travel this end of the island to purchase stunning homes, do water sports, go fishing and other water activities, and anything that keeps them living the island life. The area is very safe and many visitors and non locals have homes here where they too rent out if they are away from the island.

It is hard to describe in a short form as there are many things to see and experience in the Bahamas. As stated in my descriptions, the Bahamas has over 700 Islands and over 2,500 Cays to explore. The colours of the Bahamian waters goes from light blue to turquoise, then to sapphire blue and is so stunningly clear, warm, and breathtaking. To date, I still gasp over it. Most people do the same when they fly over the ocean when coming into the island by plane or boat. The ALLURE Bahamas Suite 2005 has the stunning unobstructed view of the ocean from all rooms. I have lived in the Bahamas for over a year and I have yet to discover all that it has to offer. The people of the Bahamas are warm and welcoming. Safety here is not an issue as it is in other places to travel. Having said that, the Government of the Bahamas I find are proactive in maintaining their island and works hard to provide new ways to express there thanks to new and returning visitors. Not only is the Bahamas a great place to wind-down, but it has various ways to invest in your money with no taxes and capitol gains. It offers many amenities that we are used to in North America and around the world. Fine dining, shopping, yachting, sport fishing, and much more The vast majority of people who visit will have an abundance of outdoor water sports, sport fishing, enter in Regatta races and experience world class dining and spa treatments. The Bahamas can offer you everything you could want form paradise. Some enjoy the easy island life and relax by the pool and read a book or they can choose from extreme wind surfing to extravagant dining. I am a Brand and Development Designer form Canada and have been living in the Bahamas for over a year and have experienced may of the out islands and areas of the Bahamas. My joys are swimming, snorkeling, and any sport that involves the water. I recently got "hooked" on sport fishing after my business partner took me out with clients to explore the ocean and the new sport fishing boat. I love it and I know why many visitors come to the Bahamas to enter into fishing competitions. I still need to practice and the Bahamas is a great place that offer many areas that are challenging. I am knowledgeable with the surrounding areas of the island and other islands, as I have visit many places with guests and clients, and can guide you to many places that interest you and your family. I currently am studying to get my deep sea diving certificate so I can explore the underwater places with the clients and guest. I welcome you into the residences and hope we can provide your vacation a "Wow" factor.
