Casa Bella is a beautiful, sophisticated Oceanfront Villa, 15 steps from the beautiful white sandy beach. Three master suite bedrooms, three 1/2 bath home on a white sand beach with a spectacular ocean view of the Sea of Cortez. The upper floor has 2 master suites with large bath and shower. The lower floor has one master suite and bathroom, living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
One of the upper Master Suites has a beautiful, romantic ocean view . Top of the line mattresses, very comfortable. It has a 3 car garage, plenty of room to park your toys ( ATV's , Sandrails or motor bikes for the well known Baja races). There are great sand dunes near by for you recreational pleasure.

. Our group included two couples staying for 3 nights in November. I have no affiliation with the owner, La Ventana or VRBO. I simply found this house on VRBO, contacted the owner and rented the home. Setting up the rental was quick and easy. Fast communication, clear directions on acquiring the rental and it was done. No hassles. The required deposit was returned in full quickly. The house easily accommodates three couples as each of the three rooms is a suite in that they have thier own bathroom. The house is not the typical run of the mill rental. This place is furnished, decorated and supplied like it's someone's high end, expensive second home. It's really nice and nothing is missing. The house was so comfortable that it was tough to leave as you can lie in bed to see and hear the ocean. The house and community is a great place for kids, family reunions or a simple vacation. Steps from the house is a clean, warm sandy beach with cabanas. This was an awesome place to picnic and drink. The tides in San Felipe are enormous so plan your beach trips accordingly. I hear there is clamming once the tide recedes. La Ventana, the gated community is like a resort. Except for groceries and gas you really don't need to leave. There is an incredible golf course that's well maintained, on the water and $45 for 18 holes on the weekend. Really? Free range balls and no problem bringing a cooler. The pool is the party hangout. Tennis courts and a wireless hot zone under palm cabanas are more cool features. Within 100 yards of the house is the community restaurant with great food and weekend entertainment. Super nice people there too with great service. Really. The entire, La Ventana, property is fully gated with 24 hour guards. The security folks are friendly. The place is super secure. Basically, you feel like you're staying in a resort. The drive to town is short. I've stayed at other places in San Felipe closer to town over the last 15 years. I was entirely satisfied to stay a little further outside of town to have the quality accommodations this house provides. I wouldn't do it any other way as it was nice to get away from the town traffic and feel. Clearly, I highly recommend this property. We love it so much that we have an annual recurring week already booked.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
