There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is the Gatehouse Suite - an open concept living space of LR, Bedroom & kitchen. There are lovely common areas for the you to enjoy.
The property can be rented with attached "overflow" or "in-law" apartment sleeping 4, with another full separate kitchen.

Year Purchased: 1994
After buying and completing a 100% renovation and restoration of his derelict, expanded traditional 1856 Maine cape, Bill's creativeness eventually turned it into "Castleview by the Sea" as it is today. Capturing the ocean views was a primary goal throughout the restoration, Bill has happily been owner of Castleview, for the last fifteen summers. An ex-Navy man, Bill's love of music, humor, classic cars, his Harley, and sailing is only exceeded by his penchant for extended travel during winter months when the Inn is closed and traveling full time at other times in his life. He has traveled to all of the US, (and all of the Hawaiian islands) all of Canada and Mexico, Spain and Portugal, England, Ireland and Scandinavia, all of Europe, and the Mediterranean Islands, Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Greece, Russia, Tasmania, Africa, India, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, South America, all of the Caribbean, Central America, China, the South Pacific Islands and Southeast Asia.
