Why the Owner Chose Ladera Ranch
Very safe and family oreinted area with many parks and great extra wide sidewalks and offstreet bike paths. This home is very close to the Tennis Courts and Avendale Pool/Waterpark and Clubhouse. Only a short walk to the much larger Waterpark and Skate Park. The Fourth of July Fireworks are very close by and you have the best view of them in Larera Ranch!
