Just one half mile north of the Garden City Pier you will find Atalaya Towers overlooking the beautiful family beach of Garden City. An easy stroll to the pier, the arcade, great seafood restaurants or even just to go crabbing at an inlet, this is a great vacation choice for the energetic.
If you want to slow down and relax you can sit on the private deck on the fourth floor and view the beachcombers as they pass beneath you. As you watch the water you may see some dolphins jumping in the waves or watch shrimp boats as they pass by. In the mornings you may go looking for shells with your sweetheart, children or grandchildren.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a glass sliding door to the deck overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom also has cable TV in case it is time to get away from the beautiful sun soaked beach. The living area has a sleeper sofa and love seat, cable TV with a DVD/VCR and a separate CD player. The kitchen has most all of the accessories, probably more than anyone on vacation would want or need. Ten people can eat comfortably at the table and bar.
The other two bedrooms have 2 singles and 2 doubles with plenty of room for your belongings. These two bedrooms also have TVs and VCRs, but do not have cable. A stash of books, videos, DVDs and board games for all ages makes this condo family friendly.
