Located in the heart of South Beach in Sea Pines Resort, this beautiful oceanfront home provides comfort and elegance for the perfect vacation. Dark wood accents and beautiful tile floors are prominently featured throughout the home's main level, including the living room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, den and sunroom. The 1st floor also includes the master bedroom, laundry room and media room. The kitchen features granite countertops, two ovens, separate ice maker and multiple sinks, and the media room offers a large screen TV and table perfect for group games and activities.
The second floor includes the remaining 5 bedrooms, all with full private baths, a second laundry room and the loft office with built-in desk and bookshelves. The right side of the upstairs has a king bedroom and twin bedroom, while the left side has the Queen, King and King bedrooms. The Queen bedroom is the only bedroom that does not have a TV, but it has a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean in the distance.
The swimming pool is beautifully landscaped and fully furnished with the ocean in the distance.
