Why cramp yourself into a one level condo when you can spread out in this 3 level townhome. At over 2200 sq ft, we have one of the largest townhomes in the area and is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you need for an incredible vacation.
ALL BED LINENS ARE INCLUDED, just bring your own towels. The property is located at 300 E. 24th Ave North Wildwood.
We personally clean our home between renters so we can be sure that the home will be ready for your perfect vacation.
One of the best things about townhome living is that you won't have any renters above or below you making noise. With 3 levels of living space, 4 bedrooms and 2 private decks, this townhome is perfect for two families to share.
1ST FLOOR - large bedroom with a queen bed and futon bed with sitting area, also 32" TV with Sony playstation 2 and games. Great room for the kids to hangout.
2nd FLOOR - spacious living area featuring a queen sleep sofa and 52" Sony LCD HDTV and stereo,
fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, plus a powder room and covered deck off the living area, quiet sitting area with table and two wicker chairs.
3rd FLOOR - large master bedroom with a queen bed, 32" LCD TV, vaulted ceiling, private bath and deck. Two other bedrooms and an additional full bath on this level.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3PM and check-out 10 AM.
Please Note; Sorry but we don't rent to single adults under the age of 25. No prom or senior week rentals. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking is permitted.

- Free Beach and 2.5 mile boardwalk are very close (less than two blocks). Close enough to walk but far enough away to avoid the boardwalk noise at night. Morey's Pier is at 25th street with an incredible waterpark and the best rides on the boardwalk.

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
We chose North Wildwood for our vacation rental because we have always vacationed here before and rented from other people. Its close to our full time home (about an hour) and we love the boardwalk.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
Our beach property is about 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk so we're close enough to walk to everything but not too close to all the noise at night, we've stayed beach block and couldn't sleep because of all the noise on the boardwalk at night. Also, we can see the ocean from the top balcony, incredible view. At the end of our block is Morey's Pier with an incredible water park. We can sit on the beach and still see the kids at the water park, best of both worlds
