  I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was nicely furnished. It was a pleasure not to have to bring towels or sheets. I would definitely stay here again. I was hesistant renting over the internet, but found the owner to be very honest and accoommodating. I would definitely come back here. Great ocean view and very safe community. Just a short walk and you are on the beach, or you can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and the surfers while the pelicans fly overhead. The only thing that I found missing from the condo was a broom! and who wants one on the beach. This condo is well maintained. This condo is well located to be able to walk to the local shops as well as a short drive to Charleston. I particularly like The Crab Shack & Lost Dogs. If you are an adventurer, you will love Gilligan's on John's Island...the best seafood in the South! Also, Poogan's Porch & 82 Queen will give you some good atmosphere if you want to go in the city. Don't miss seeing the churches in Chars. ..the Holy City. They are to behold. I am a native who moved to Pa, but will forever be a Charlestonian. If you are looking for native cuisine, by all means go to Justene's on Broad St. All in all, this was a nice property. If you have a disability there is an elevator, but it is a little far from this condo. The building has great handicap parking next to the elevators. I hate to say too many good things for fear that it will not be available when I want to go back.

  We have been coming to Folly Beach for the past 4 years and have stayed at this cono each time. On our first trip we contacted the owner in regards to his property and booked our vacation. He was very very nice & helpful to us. The condo is BEAUTIFUL, clean, perfect location! We were spoiled after that 1st trip and have came back every year since then and stayed here. We just booked our 2013 vacation back with him. Area is wonderful. We recommend it to everyone we know.

  My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at this Folly Beach condo. Being on the ocean and also within a short drive to downtown Charlestown gave us the best of both worlds. We loved watching the dolphins and walking the beach. The condo was well maintained, and we loved having our own bedroom and bath. Ron was easy to deal with, and I would recommend this place.

  Great location on Folly Beach. Easy to walk anywhere you wanted to go. Loved the underneath parking. Condo was very nicely equipped. View is spectucular. Owner was very good to work with. Called us and gave us info on property and even recommended some restaurants. When we come back to Folly we want to stay here. Very good value.

  Our family of 4 (2 adults, son 17 and daughter 19) needed a place to stay to attend our nieces wedding. This was much better than staying in a hotel!! The unit was clean and spacious. The bride and groom kept us busy with activities in the historic district of Charleston most of the time but we did find ourselves at the Crab Shack and Lost Dog for other meals. Both were excellent and an easy walk from this unit. Beautiful sunrises right from the master bed. We would stay here again if we ever return to South Carolina.

  Wonderful place on Folly Beach!!! The view is worth the price of the rental!!! Comfortable beds, great kitchen, and comfortable furniture! Would love to stay there again!

  our family had an awesome time on folly beach! The owner was great to work with. We never had a need from the manager. This condo was convenient to Charleston & the downtown historic district. All in all we were very pleased!!

  We loved this place. The room's were spacious gorgeous view!! Loved the 4th floor. We would recommend this condo to anyone you will not be disappointed.

  The penthouse is great. Very clean and well kept. The view is wonderful from the living room and the master bedroom. The owner was extremely nice and courteous even with all of my e-mail questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Can't wait to go back.
