The large deck is partially shaded so the summer warmth is perfect for eating outside. The outdoor pool, tennis courts, steam room, and equipment room are only steps away and available for your use. The pool is open during the summer months.
The large master, with large walk in shower, steps out to the deck and hot tub. Another mini-master is on the second floor.
Large trees surround the home for privacy but sunshine makes this a very bright and cheerful home. The Cedar Golf Course is a perfect place to enjoy the early mornings or evenings for a brisk walk or run.
Summer is beautiful in McCall and our home is created for enjoying summer and all it offers. Sit on our deck and listen to the birds or music and take a hot tub. A short 200 yard walk over to the Ranch House and a beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts, steam spa, exercise equipment, and shared jacuzzi are all available for your enjoyment. Ponderosa Park is a quick bike ride away along with downtown McCall and Payette Lake.
In the winter, we enjoy having the snow covered golf course to take a quick snowshoe or cross country jaunt around the three golf holes, then over to the Ranch House for a steam sauna, hot tub, and if desired, more exercise on the equipment. Our home is warm and sunny in the fall and winter with views of the changing aspen trees and mountains.

Our family moved to McCall the summer of 2004. We have thoroughly enjoyed the beauty, the wildlife, all of the water sports, and adventures that McCall offers.
Why the Owner Chose McCall
Our family chose this home because of the McCall cabin feel next to the golf course. We enjoy the beautiful green grass without having the gardening chores. The tennis courts, swimming pool, and exercise room are only 200 yards from our back door. Sitting outside on the back deck is perfect during the day if you want to read a book or listen to music. It is fun to see how many days are spent riding bikes to Ponderosa Park or to the grocery store instead of using a car. No matter what type of sport you enjoy or if leisure activity is wanted, you can enjoy it in McCall.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in McCall. Your house was perfect for both our family and the other family we traveled with. I loved how it provided enough room and privacy for both our families; especially since we have never vacationed before together. We were also pleasantly surprised at how cool the house stayed and how the trees surrounding your house kept the deck at a very comfortable temperature. My husband is allergic to the sun and so it is important that he has a place to retreat to that stays cool after a day in the sun. Thanks for making it possible for us to stay here!
