This three year old, exquisite 3 bedroom/4 bath condo has the ultimate floor plan and is professionally decorated throughout. Furnished with 'fun in mind' for everyone, you will find bright colors, interesting artwork and a beach-themed kids room. Located on the 21st floor and centrally located. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony as well as a direct view of the lazy river and pool with water slide.
In addition to the amenities listed, our unit has a fully furnished kitchen with solid-surface granite counter-tops, wet bar with ice maker, full sized washer and dryer and Wifi. The master bedroom which leads to a Jacuzzi suite master bath has a King sized bed. The two other guest bedrooms offer a full, private bath as well as a King sized bed in one room and two Queens in the other. All bedrooms and family room are equipped with LCD flat screen TV's and DVD player in the main room. You will find all the comforts of home and more- plantation shutters, black out drapes and pillow-top beds. We have worked very hard to not overlook even the slighest detail to ensure you will have a pleasant experience.
This five star resort offers 1/2 mile of shoreline, pristine beaches and breathtaking sunsets. There is plenty to do at Phoenix West - a fitness/workout room with state of the art equipment, tennis court, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, large winding lazy river with float tubes, dry saunas. And, if that is not enough, great shopping, restaurants and fun for the entire family within minutes away - brand new Publix grocery store, downtown Gulf Shores, fabulous Wharf, Foley Outlet Mall, Waterville and Track and three miles to the Florida border!
This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Linens provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
There is a four night minimum to reserve this unit during non-peak times. From March through August, seven nights are required- Saturday through Saturday. Price increase during special holidays and events- Mullet Toss, Thunder on the Gulf, Labor Day and Shrimp Fest.
There is a 25 year old age limit to reserve the unit, which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Why the Owner Chose Phoenix West
My husband and I have been going to the beach since we were kids. People are finally realizing that the secret is out- Orange Beach is much closer than Destin and has all the same things to offer and much more! We especially love the fact that it is a more family-friendly environment, and the traffic is not nearly as hectic. As far as Phoenix West- it is the newest, finest and coolest place on the beach. Ask the kids..they will tell you!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
As mentioned above our condo is brand new, professionally decoated and has everything a chef would want in a kitchen! No need to go out and spend a lot of money eating out, you will find our condo has everthing from fun dip and chip mermaid platters/ plates to the finest bedding!You will sleep soundly and enjoy the comforts of your own home- black out drapes and plantation shutters. The seating in the living room is comfortable and open. I, too, have a merchadising background so I was involved in every aspect of the job from the start to finish. The unit itself is roomy and every bedroom has it's private bath with an additonal one to spare off the hallway. Our condo is on the 21st floor; the view is amazing. It is also located in the middle of the complex. We enjoyed staying in our unit this past week and sharing good times and memories of LSU's National Championship title with friends and family. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!! What a way to break it in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say this condo truly has it all! My Job allows me to see many places in the U.S . We absolutely love Alabama ! Family loved shopping, boating, and numerous restaurant's. But I have to say you can stay on the property and never leave! Southern charm is the best! Meeting friends and making new ones is what you want then this is the place for you! Love it will be back this year!

We loved the condo. Sharon has taken all the extra steps to make a wonderful vacation at their condo. My mom rented it for the month of Dec for all our family to stay for Christmas and we all had such a wonderful time. The owners were helpful in every way, we would recommend this unit to anyone that wants a perfect place on the beach at anytime.

Wonderful vacation at Sharon 's condo! Felt so relaxed and pampered. The accommodation was filled with everything you could imagine . We loved the beach walks and lazy river was amazing. Have stayed in many condo's over the years. Sharon's condo was decorated like a picture out of Better Home and Gardens! By far my favorite place. Look forward to booking with you again next year!

The Regard’s condo is the perfect place to spend a vacation. It is very new, clean & beautifully decorated. It is in the perfect location directly on the beach with a gorgeous view! I had such a great time and cannot wait to go back!

We stayed in May 2011. This was a wonderful family trip for us with ages ranging from 3 to 60. We would highly recommend this condo and complex. The condo had an awesome view. It was very tastefully decorated and had the most comfortable beds. We slept great every night. The entire condo was fully equipped with everything you would need. We loved the complex because it was close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Also, it had a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pool and ocean all steps from the entrance. We liked having many choices. It usually was lazy river and ocean during the day and indoor pool & hot tub in late afternoon. And a very nice large gym that we used almost every morning. It met all of our expectations. Also, it was great working with Sharon, the owner. She gave us lots of restaurant recommendations that helped alot. The Hang Out & Lu Lu's were just a few of our favorites. Sharon thank you again. You have a wonderful condo and it was a great experience while away from home. We will be back and will tell others.

The condo is decorated well and is a designers dream. Every morning I would eat my breakfast on the balcony watching the dauphins play. The beach was beautiful and no signs of oil there. I loved the lazy river too! We plan to return next year for a family reunion. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit.

Sharon's condo was decorated so lovely. We had all the comforts of home. The balcony supplied a wonderful view of the Gulf and Beach. I will stay again next year. By far the best condo we have stayed in on the Gulf. Beaches so well kept and friendly staff.

We have been bringing our children to the beach for 27 years, we have stayed in so many beautiful condo's but nothing as beautiful as Sharon and Raymond's. When you first walk into the condo is liking walking into a magazine. The decor is amazing, you feel right at home. We all enjoyed the lazy river, the pool and the slide. The covered parking is a definite plus. I especially liked the ice machine at the bar.....Thank you Sharon and Raymond for sharing your gorgeous property with us.

We had a great time and wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was so warm and inviting it makes you feel at home but with an added plus an awesome ocean view to wake up to every morning. The pictures do not say enough about this beautiful condo and it has all the amenities you need. Directly on the beach and centrally located Phoenix West has so much to offer (the lazy river, a slide, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and great grilling area). Overall it is one of the best vacations we have had and cannot wait to go back. We highly recommend this condo.
