My family had a fabulous time at Phoenix West! We've stayed here before but this unit has moved to the top of our list. It was decorated beautifully and our boys especially loved their beach themed room. There were days we had to make them go down to the beach because they were so busy playing in their room. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and even checked on us during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on staying here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Sharon is very considerate and all we had to do is call her with any questions and she gladly took care of anything we needed. The lazy river and water slide were a big hit with both the grand kids and kids. Being so close to the beach was so nice especially with a 5 month old. This condo was beautiful with everything you could ever want or need. It looked like a home from Southern Living. Sharon, you were great to work with and made us feel like you really wanted us to have fun. You were right-the view from the 21st floor is spectacular. Being in the center of the complex was so convenient to the elevators. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place and we will be calling to reserve it again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed 4th of July week and it was awesome! We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. The condo was immaculate and just as pictured, but even nicer. My children especially loved the “surfer” room. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had great serving dishes for chips and dips. Sharon was a pleasure to work with. We were renting from out of the country and everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for more! Phoenix West is the best…super close to the beach with a lazy river…we won’t stay anywhere else in Orange Beach from now on. The view from Sharon’s condo on the 21st floor was fabulous. The condo is VERY close to the elevator and we never had to wait very long even during the busy 4th of July week. We plan on staying in Sharon’s condo again next year and can’t wait.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved the condo. Sharon has taken all the extra steps to make a wonderful vacation at their condo. My mom rented it for the month of Dec for all our family to stay for Christmas and we all had such a wonderful time. The owners were helpful in every way, we would recommend this unit to anyone that wants a perfect place on the beach at anytime.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I have to say this condo truly has it all! My Job allows me to see many places in the U.S . We absolutely love Alabama ! Family loved shopping, boating, and numerous restaurant's. But I have to say you can stay on the property and never leave! Southern charm is the best! Meeting friends and making new ones is what you want then this is the place for you! Wonderful vacation at Sharon 's condo! Felt so relaxed and pampered. The accommodation was filled with everything you could imagine . We loved the beach walks and lazy river was amazing. Have stayed in many condo's over the years. Sharon's condo was decorated like a picture out of Better Home and Gardens! By far my favorite place. The Regard’s condo is the perfect place to spend a vacation. It is very new, clean & beautifully decorated. It is in the perfect location directly on the beach with a gorgeous view! We stayed in May 2011. This was a wonderful family trip for us with ages ranging from 3 to 60. We would highly recommend this condo and complex. The condo had an awesome view. It was very tastefully decorated and had the most comfortable beds. We slept great every night. The entire condo was fully equipped with everything you would need. We loved the complex because it was close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Also, it had a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pool and ocean all steps from the entrance. We liked having many choices. It usually was lazy river and ocean during the day and indoor pool & hot tub in late afternoon. And a very nice large gym that we used almost every morning. It met all of our expectations. Also, it was great working with Sharon, the owner. She gave us lots of restaurant recommendations that helped alot. The Hang Out & Lu Lu's were just a few of our favorites. Sharon thank you again. You have a wonderful condo and it was a great experience while away from home. Sharon's condo was decorated so lovely. We had all the comforts of home. The balcony supplied a wonderful view of the Gulf and Beach. I will stay again next year. By far the best condo we have stayed in on the Gulf. The condo is decorated well and is a designers dream. Every morning I would eat my breakfast on the balcony watching the dauphins play. The beach was beautiful and no signs of oil there. I loved the lazy river too! We plan to return next year for a family reunion. We have been bringing our children to the beach for 27 years, we have stayed in so many beautiful condo's but nothing as beautiful as Sharon and Raymond's. When you first walk into the condo is liking walking into a magazine. The decor is amazing, you feel right at home. We all enjoyed the lazy river, the pool and the slide. The covered parking is a definite plus. I especially liked the ice machine at the bar.....Thank you Sharon and Raymond for sharing your gorgeous property with us.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I cannot say enough about what a great trip we had at this condo! I have been going to the beach since I was a baby, and this condo is the best by far! There is so much to do at Phoenix West (the lazy river, indoor/outdoor pool, grilling area, tennis court, fitness center). If you have people who get bored at the beach, there is something for them to do at Phoenix West!! I love that it is directly on the beach. I was traveling with a 7-year-old and a baby, so convenience is key for us! The condo was unbelievable. You can see from the pictures on the website how great it looks, but that is only a snapshot of how beautiful this place is. The owners thought of every detail! I am so used to having to bring my own pots/pans/small appliances, but this condo had everything you need and more! The owners really decorated this condo with a great attention to detail and made it feel like home. Actually, I slept better in the condo than I did in my bed at home. I even contacted the owner to find out what bedding she used! Sharon was so helpful in answering my questions. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and relatives. There is so much to do in Orange Beach....we especially liked going to eat at the Hangout. To be honest, we really did not even need to leave our condo since we had everything we needed there! We loved our stay, and my son keeps asking me when we are going back! What a nice and gorgeous place to spend a vacation!! The condo is super clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding remind me of the Westin’s Heavenly bed. The thoughtful amenities and well-stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. My kids aged 10 and 11 love the lazy river, water slide, indoor pool, outdoor pool and the beautiful white sandy beach of course. There are lots of excellent restaurants and shopping galleries within a short drive. We had a great time and will sure come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a great time and wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was so warm and inviting it makes you feel at home but with an added plus an awesome ocean view to wake up to every morning. The pictures do not say enough about this beautiful condo and it has all the amenities you need. Directly on the beach and centrally located Phoenix West has so much to offer (the lazy river, a slide, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and great grilling area). Overall it is one of the best vacations we have had and cannot wait to go back. My family and I loved the condo at Phoenix West. Everything we needed was at hand, the pools were wonderful, and the view was divine. Sharon has everything anyone could need for their vacation, and the furnishings were both luxurious and inviting. We sat for hours on the balcony, just staring at the vastness of the ocean and beach and all the beautiful things God created for us to enjoy! We so enjoyed our time together as a family, and would love to stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

After staying in the Regards condo for 6 weeks this past Feb. and March, we just can't thank them enough for all they've done to make this truly a "home away from Home". Sharon, you have decorated this place for yourself to live in, and that's what we like about it. You had nearly everything I needed to make our stay top-notch. We stayed at this condo last Aug. 15-22, 2009. This was our first visit to Orange Beach. I can not say enough wonderful things about this condo and our fantastic family vacation experience here. The Regards have provided a true home away from home experience with their beautifully decorated summer home complete with everything you need in the kitchen. My family and I LOVED the lazy river and the water slide. The balcony views were phenomenal. We are looking forward to planning our next family vacation for this summer 2010. Thanks again!! We stayed at the Regards gorgeous condo the first week of August with our two children, and our friends with their two children. We all had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins, sharks, schools of fish, and stingrays from our balcony because the water was so clear. The water is very shallow with a nice large sandbar a ways out. Our kids loved the slide, lazy river, pool and beach. They loved their time inside the condo too, which says a lot. What a beautiful place! My husband & I and our 3 boys plus my parents and my husbands parents went down for several days and had a wonderful time! We can not say enough about our stay at this condo. My family of 9 have been coming to Orange Beach for 7 years now staying at a couple different Phoenix's. This condo by far was the nicest one we have stayed at. next year we will be back and this time for longer period of time. Sharon and her family certainly made it very kid friendly and didn't forget about the adults:)) Sharon thanks for your kindness and generousity our family once again built some very lasting memories and look forward to next year!! The accomidations were outstanding!!! The pool area was great, the boardwalk to the beach was very close, and the beach itself was very clean compared to other Phoenix condo's we have stayed with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Sharon and her family were very kind to us and as another poster wrote after talking to her and her husband we felt as if we knew them for years. This condo is truly a home away from home. We had a wonderful time at the Phoenix West with all of its wonderful amenities. We used every amenity many times and they are all so easy to go from one to the other. My family age 3 to 17 did not want to leave after a week. The condo itself is so beautifully directed yet warm and so comfortable - From the huge comfy sectional in the living room to extremely comfortable beds to assure a good nights rest. There was plenty of room for a family of TEN. And the condo is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at the beach and we cannot wait to book our next visit. Out of every Pheonix that we have ever stayed Sharon has made it feel like a home away from home. The condo was furnished like I have never seen before, but what was more impressive was the fact that she had every utensil that I needed to cook for the family. She thought of everything!!! What an experience we had at your "home away from home". From the first time we talked with the Regards about renting their condo, we immediately felt like we had known them for a long time. Sharon has a way of making you feel very special. When we walked into the condo we could not believe the way the condo was so beautifully decorated. It is very luxurious yet has a unique homey feeling about it. That is really hard to do but you did it and Sharon you did a marvellous job. You thought of absolutely everything to make our stay memorable and carefree. The condo itself offers so many things to do with a lazy river and several indoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools and a rooftop tennis court. Your condo is in a perfect location. You can see almost everything from your balcony. We were able to watch dolpins playing in the water along with some sting rays. We hated to leave and I have already started looking for a time to book again, only we will stay longer next time. Sharon, thank you and your family for sharing your home with us. We have rented from alot of people but I can honestly say I've never rented from anyone who does everything they can to make you feel like family. We had the best time of our lives and we made and captured some wonderful memories. We will be back soon to make even more memories. You are right when you say your 3BR/4BA condo is the "Nicest and Newest on the Beach". You forgot to mention how spacious it is and the four bathrooms were wonderful. My father in-law rented this condo from May 24 - May 31, 2009. He was the first to rent the condo. It is gorgeous. My little boy wouldnt stay out of the "crazy" river(lazy river) as he called it. The beach is very pretty but we didnt spend much time on the beach because the condo had everything we needed. A waterslide for the kids(big and small), the lazy river, a kiddie pool that was 1 foot deep, and a walk in pool that went to about 5 foot. We hated to leave on check out day but we will surely be back. My father in law said he would never rent anywhere else or from anyone else in orange beach. Me and My fiance said we wouldnt either. My Husband and I had a wonderful time. The condo as well as the accommodations were fabulous!! We relaxed on the beautiful beach during the day and cooked romantic dinners at night. The outdoor lazy river as well as the indoor/outdoor pools provides recreation for the whole family. The owner of the rental was extremely helpful with all of the directions and logistics; she even had magazines and menus in the condo with stars by great restaurants and attractions that Orange Beach has to offer. I would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a vacation spot!!
