Sea Breeze is a new luxurious Gulf-front condominium located within walking distance of the Treasure Bay Casino and only a short drive to the Beau Rivage, the Hard Rock, the Great Southern Golf Course, Edgewater Mall and the Biloxi Convention Center.
Sea Breeze 706 is located on the 7th floor and has 1,253 square feet of living space. The living room and the master bedroom overlook the Gulf of Mexico, both of which have floor to ceiling windows.
At any time of the year you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets on your private balcony which can be accessed from the living room or the master bedroom
Our 7th floor unit sleeps six--a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit has two full baths. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and there is a DVD player in the living room and master bedroom.
If you enjoy cooking, take advantage of our upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cook top, and microwave. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Sea Breeze offers many amenities - two Gulf-front pools (one of which is heated in the fall, winter and spring), full Fitness Center with Steam Room and Sauna, covered parking, and FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET access in the unit.

We just stayed at this condo and it was clean and the view was awesome. The things I found troublesome were it is better suited for a couple with children the 2nd bedroom is very small and is an outside wall which causes sound to carry and also too much light from the outside. My one complaint is for another $5.00 they could have had coffee filters,tissues, and dishwasher detergent. The starter kit they mention is limited to (2) detergent tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper, and NO coffee filters. I would also consider a hairdryer. and tissues. This is an upscale condo not a cheap motel

We absolutely have the best view of any condo in Biloxi and our cleaning and maintenance company does a superb job for us. With well over 1,000 nights booked at our unit since we have owned our condo, we are well aware of the Biloxi market and the supplies provided by all of the condo management companies and cleaning crews. We do supply the standard fare for the market, which includes a start-up of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and trash can liners. This condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. Having traveled to the Mississippi Gulf Coast many times, this was by far the best accomodations. Perfect location! Close to everything! Great views! I would recommend this to anyone It was furnished nicely but I would have preferred a bit softer mattress. Beach was clean and NO OIL while I was there June 18th 2010
