Additionally there is a window-filled sunroom perfect for playing games, overlooking the nature reserve and for additional sleeping with a sofa bed. There are tons of games to play to help you relax and wifi if you need to stay connected. Outside there are many places to unwind with a swing, lounge chairs, a sun deck, covered porch and plenty of beach chairs for you to use at the beach.
With the ocean in the backyard and a community pool in the front, you are sure to have an absolutely wonderful vacation. This house is located on quiet cul-de-sac in the North Beach Village and not only has the beautiful water views but also in next to a nature preserve where you are sure to see deer nibbling on the nearby grasses.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This is the perfect location on the island. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac so very little vehicle traffic, right on the boardwalk to the widest expanse of beach on the island. Also, a community pool is located directly across the street - life doesn't get much better than this!
