Available for rental September 1, 2009. Beautiful, chic 2 bedroom apartment overlooking a large koi pond, waterfall, and 8-person hot tub. The apartment has large windows throughout so you will feel as though you are living among the trees. Both bedrooms have a good view of the lights from the famous Tower of the Americas.
Although the apartment is new construction, the open and spacious floor plan was designed by an architect and approved by the Historical Design Review Committee so it fits in with the rest of the architecture of the King William National Historic District. The apartment is decorated to be comfortable without sacrificing style. Most of the furniture is mid-century Danish modern with original art work on the walls. The floors throughout are slate tile. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances and black granite countertops.
If you are looking to relax tired muscles, you have your choice of soaking in the jetted tub in the bathroom or the hot tub next to the koi pond.

We have done a fair bit of traveling and used VRBO on many occasions ourselves. The past few years, we have had to take a sabbatical from traveling, instead focusing all of our time and energy into the complete renovation of our 100 year old Queen Anne vacation rental. Needless to say, we miss our travels, but love our home and the opportunity to meet interesting people from all over who choose to spend their time in San Antonio in one of our two vacation rentals.
