Relax and rejuvenate in this 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa which boasts wonderful views of the ocean! Imagine being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean and waking to the radiant sun rising over the ocean. After a cup of coffee on the second floor deck or first floor screened porch, walk, bike or run along the ten miles of beach - you may even see a few dolphins playing at Captain Sam's Spit. The beach will captivate all ages, and there is a private pool within the complex for a change of pace. This is a benefit not available to many rental properties on Kiawah. An area to shower off is located on the beach boardwalk as well. There is ample off-street parking in front of the villa for you and your guests.
This Duneside Villa, located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, is located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston. The ideal location for a beachside family escape. The villa is tastefully decorated, you will feel like you stepped into the page of a Pottery Barn Magazine. The living area with sleeper sofa, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor, and the three bedrooms are on the second level, with two directly on the ocean. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a newly renovated master bath where you will enjoy a spa experience in the multi-head shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The eat-in kitchen is well-appointed and offers the standard cooking equipment, refrigerator, microwave, oven, range and all the utensils you will need for preparing family meals. . . if you decide to cook – or there are many restaurants nearby. WiFi is also available, just bring your laptop!

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The wildlife on Kiawah is amazing! We can see dolphins swimming in the ocean , deer running through the dunes or a bobcat on the boardwalk from our villa. Our villa has one of the best views of the Duneside units, and is very private. Relax, your biggest decision will be whether to have white or red wine while watching the sun set from the balcony or beach.

Location, location, location!! It was perfect! Close to Couger Point Golf course, seconds walk from the beach. Very quiet and restful!

Beautiful, gorgeous views--especially from the master bedroom. See the ocean and the sunrise without even getting out of bed! The villa had all the amenities we could have asked for. Thank you for a most memorable vacation on the beautiful island of Kiawah.
