Wonderful Family Rental With Nice View

We are a family of 6 with 4 children ages 1 to 11. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Our two oldest children enjoyed using the computer in their room. The other two bedrooms each had their own TVs (not to mention the one downstairs) so everyone was happy. The loft is a cool space to hang out and do some computer work. There are two landings on the stairs which was nice for the one year old (in case she fell, she wouldn't fall down a long way - luckily she never did!). Having the gate for the stairs was a big help. The back patio was our favorite place - we ate just about every meal outside - the weather was awesom 99% of the time). THere are two lounge chairs for laying out which we took advantage of - nice and private. The kids loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the evening. The master bedroom looks out over a canyon so you get a nice view as you are going to sleep but an even better view in the morning as the sun is shining on the canyon....every morning it was different. We loved waking up to that view! The house is conveniently located close (but not too close) to grocery stores, Costco, Wal-mart & Target. There are also plenty of nice parks in Laguna Niguel. We stayed for a month and went to a different park every time - all of them clean and safe! There is also a Tot-lot just a few houses down. Beaches are so close and they are beautiful! Best of all, the owner is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for Fun in the Sun

Well it has been a few months since my family stayed at this house on our southern California vacation and I cannot say enough about our experience. The house is situated in such an ideal location for so many activities that we could not fit everything in! When we walked in the house for the first time, we were very happy to see how neat and clean it was, obviously a lot of work put into making it feel welcoming. In addition, the owners were clearly enthusiastic about wanting our stay to be pleasant. My family was very comfortable here and they have already mentioned coming back for a second visit. Of course Disneyland and the beach so close may also be a small part of their decision. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay in the area.

Great Family Rental

We've just got back from spending a week at the property and can highly recommend it. My wife and I and our two daughters (7 & 9) visited and the house was clean, well maintained and had good amenities. The location was great too being a short distance from the beaches and shops, 20 minutes from Wild River water park and 30 minutes from Disney and the owner made us feel very welcome and provided some very useful information about the nearby attractions. The reservation and booking process was also very straightforward.

Southern California Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was very helpful with getting us information on surfing and other things to do in the area. The location was perfect for our travels to the LA area and the San Diego area. The property itself was clean and extremely comfortable. It was easy to feel as if we were home, and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the property to anyone that was wanting to visit the southern California area.

Perfect place for our family reunion!

We rented the house for two weeks and had many family members with children come over for our family reunion. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the possible amenities. It was close to the beach so we took advantage of the beautiful weather in sunny California and had lots of great barbeques.The owners were very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Best Vacation Ever

My first time visit to California turned out to be the best vacation ever! I found this house online and was n't quite sure what to expect but man what a house!! So clean and beautiful ! The easy access to the beautiful beach of Salt creek make this vacation home ten time worth it! A walking distance access to the market was a plus. The place is so speciouse with a nice layout that we didn't feel we are in a vacation home. Everything is neatly placed , very clean and comfortable . The best part of the surprise were three flat screen TV that kept my kids occupied while we were back to the house to rest. I enjoyed staying in this house very much and recommended to all my friends & family.

Paradise

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Making arrangements was very smooth and we would recommend this vacation home to our friends. We visited the Mission in San Juan Capistrano (amazing gardens and history), Laguna Beach (great people watching), Newport Bay (for an amazing sailing trip). We loved coming back to the house after our adventures. Our kids each had a seperate room to sleep in and all of the beds were very comfortable. The entertainment system, patio and kitchen were great too. The spa tub in master bedroom was wonderful. We had a great time in paradise!

Just stayed at this property and it was perfect for our family. The house was well furnished and very clean. The spa was great at night with the city lights view. It's just 5 minutes from some of the greatest beaches in California. We woud definitely stay here again on our next trip to Southern Cal!
