Romance is in the air, even if you have to bring the kids. We just purchased this high scale 5 year old unit and have tastefully furnished it with all new appliances and furniture. Everything is brand new! There is also a great queen size sofa sleeper which allows for 6 people to sleep in comfort.
Too much sun? Stay in and watch furnished movies on a 42 inch plasma TV, or play games with the family, or enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool. There are two hot tubs and besides the heated indoor/outdoor pool there is also a beach side pool. Be one of the first to enjoy all the many amenities and luxuries that come with our family owned and managed condo.
This desirable "west end" beach condo is close to everything, including the new Pier Park attraction, but secluded from the crowds. Put the kids to bed, light the candles and relax with the one you love. The sunsets from our balcony almost guarantee romance.
Stroll along the most beautiful beaches our country has to offer. The white sugary sand beach makes a stunning border for the clear emerald blue/green waters of the gulf.

My husband and I live in the midwest, but we love, love, love the ocean. We could sit for hours just watching and listening to the waves gently crashing onto the beach. There is always something new and different to find every time we stroll along the beach, and our whole family enjoys snorkeling. Our condo gives us a great fantasy life away from our jobs. When we leave here, we feel refreshed and renewed to face the reality of home and work. It also gives us a great way to spend time with our 7 children and 6 grandchildren.

The condo was wonderful and felt like home. Decorations was beautiful and elegant. Was very pleased, we had beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Enjoyed the beach very much. Panaman City is our favorite place to take relaxing family vacations. We plan on coming back years to come.

This unit was so tastefully decorated and comfy; it was like being at my own beach house. Everything I needed was there. I really liked having a washer and dryer in unit, and the owners provided beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler, the works! All I needed was a bathing suit and a towel. The kitchen had most everything we needed, and Pier Park Mall was right down the street when we needed something fun to do. Even the "beach chair guy" was friendly, and we could rent jet skis right beside the property. Very convenient.

Clean and comfortable! We had a great stay. Loved the location--close to shopping, but out of the bumper-to-bumper beach traffic. Indoor/outdoor pool is nice. We even had a welcome gift waiting for us! Would love to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo, from the furnishings and cleanliness of the unit to the fantastic view! What a wonderful place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! It was on the peaceful and quiet end of the beach, but also close enough to restaurants and shopping to be convenient. We would definitely like to come back.

I have been coming to Panama City Beach for 50 years. I remember when there was only one motel on the beach. I have stayed in many places. This Condo was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was away from all the traffic, but easy to get wherever you wanted to go. The Condo is new and loaded with anything you might need. It even had chairs, skim board, bucket and shovel for your use!!! The owners are very nice and check to make sure everything is o.k. This is a great place and we will be making this our rental every summer.

I highly recommend this Condo. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more, and very clean. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. I've been coming to PCB for over 15 years, this Condo was located at the best part of the beach, close to the new Mall. I will definately be back to the beach, and plan on renting this Condo everytime I come.
