The Unique Benefits at this House
Gold Canyon may very well be one of the best kept secrets of the valley... countless award winning golf courses close by (affordable too!) A scenic 20 minute drive takes you to Canyon Lake where you can hike, boat, or picnic. Some of THE BEST hiking trails in the area are located just 5 minutes from the home - the Superstition Mountains are the largest mountains in the valley. The Boyce Thompson Arboretum is a quick drive and a must see if you have an interest in desert flora and fauna - the Goldfield Mine town, just 10 minutes away is an entertaining and educational look into the history of Arizona. Great shopping and dining at the brand new Santan Village is 30 minutes away via the new 202 extension and Superstition Springs Mall and the surrounding stores and restaurants are even closer at about 20 minutes away. Check for great flight deals at the Williams Gateway Airport in Mesa - it's about 25 minutes from the house!

We fell in love with this home in 2004 and spent two years enjoying it and upgrading with all new wood floors, travertine flooring, and beautiful knotty elder wood doors. We still love spending time there whenever we can but unfortunately work has drawn us closer to Scottsdale where we live in a high rise condo. We are very proud of this house and it is our goal to let other people enjoy its unique beauty and all that the surrounding area has to offer - we hate to see such a wonderful home go unused so we offer it to you - as our guests - and hope you will love it as much as we do!
