This all-new condo has been completely remodeled with everything you'll need on your vacation: wifi, flatsceen tv/dvd and cable including HBO and HBO2. There is a futon couch in the living room to accommodate an extra guest or two. Enjoy the new granite kitchen with full-size appliances, squeaky clean bathroom, fresh towels, comfy bed, tall table for eating, checking emails or games plus much needed peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation. This is our only vacation rental and we take great pride in the upkeep and preparation for each guest.
Our condo is central and a perfect home base for seeing all of Northern Arizona. Walk up the trail and over the bridge to the grocery store or restaurants, take a stroll into the pine trees or over to the local park. Zip over to Lake Mary in 10-15 minutes for fishing or water sports. DO NOT MISS the gorgeous drive down scenic 89A through Oak Creek Canyon to Sedona which starts just around the corner. For a complete vacation you must save time to visit the numerous National Parks. Come to Flagstaff to breathe our fresh mountain air and experience the night sky bursting with stars in our "Dark-Sky City", the only one in America. The condo is conveniently located at 3200 S. Litzler Drive, 86001 near the I-17/I-40 interchange. We have received many many great comments in our condo guestbook with great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. We stayed at the condo in Flagstaff for 9 nights in early April, 2011. It was just like its pictures, nice and clean with well equipped kitchen. The small washer/dryer easily handled our laundry needs. We would recommend this condo as a good place to stay. We visited the Grand Canyon for 2 full days, and also a shorter visit later during our stay. It was well worth the drive. Other Federal & State Parks were also visited. Our hosts were quite accomodating, and provided good instructions for accessing the condo.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Cozy Condo. It was perfect for our needs. It was exactly what we expected after viewing the description online. It was clean, cute, quiet and comfortable. Jeanna, the owner, was very helpful willing to answer questions ahead of time. She was also very kind and sent my forgotten battery charger to me at home. The location was great because we could quickly hop on a highway to sight see or go down the street a bit to go shopping or out to eat. We went to Coco's one day and found it to be pleasant with good food. From the Cozy Condo we also went to the Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater Volcano and lava flow, and Wupatki Natl. Monument all attractions I would highly recommend seeing. I would recommend the Cozy Condo to a friend, and would definitely stay there on any future trip to Flagstaff.

My husband and I stayed here last winter and it was a perfect little place to stay. We were out and about so didn't spend too much time in the cond but it was a great place to rest our heads. Comfy bed, clean, felt at home and a great price, why stay at a hotel? Already reserved some time here this summer.

This cozy little condo is the perfect place to rest up after a day of sightseeing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Close to everything you need, but the condo community is quiet, and you have all the comforts of home at your fingertips. Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. So much more pleasant that staying in a hotel! We would recommend this to anyone who is spending time in Flagstaff. Don't miss taking a tour of the Riordan Mansion while you are there. Best museum and best docents ever! We would stay there again and again. Jeanna was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions before we arrived. Everything was as described, and the photos are very accurate.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
