This is an end unit next to the pool and condo entrance. Perfect for two couples or a couple with two young children.
Often referred to as a "diamond in the rough", this complex is located on a private lake and only 300 yards from the ocean. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping and "Harold's on the Ocean" where Carolina beach music bands play regularly. Lounge by the 20' by 40' in-ground pool; socialize with the year-around residents and guests who come back year after year; fire-up one of the charcoal grills located in the pool area and enjoy lunch/dinner at one of the picnic tables overlooking the peaceful lake; or, throw your hook in the lake and catch a big bass. There is a laundry facility on the premises.
Rentals are restricted to families or responsible adults 25 years or older and no more than 6 occupants. No house parties. You are required to clean the linens and condo prior to departure.
