The perfect getaway for two small families or one large family. JUST ONE HUNDRED STEPS TO THE BEACH!!! Three bedroom plus loft, three bath multi-level villa in the beachfront community of Beach Village in Palmas del Mar. The unit has TWO BRAND NEW FLAT PANEL TV'S IN THE LIVING ROOM AND LOFT and a TV with cable and VCR in the master bedroom. There is cable in the living room and master bedroom and TV with DVD player in the loft-perfect for kids to watch movies or to bring a gaming system. FREE WIFI IS INCLUDED. Full kitchen with four person dining table and seating for three at the tiled counter. Central AC with two additional units one in the living room/dining room and one in the master bedroom for your comfort. The townhome has a king size bed in the master bedroom with NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER, designer sheets and towels in the adjacent master bath. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each with new RALPH LAUREN SHEETS and NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPERS. The second and third bathrooms are both full bathrooms with DESIGNER TOWELS as well as plenty of beach towels for your use. Lastly, there is a new futon in the loft. Our townhome can comfortably sleep seven adults and either a cot or an air mattress is available upon request if further bedding is needed.
You will enjoy sweeping views of the golf course and el Yunque rainforest from a balcony off the living room and master bedroom and ocean views from the second and third bedrooms from two separate balconies.
Just cross a small parking lot and you are on the beach viewed from the front of the villa. The back part of the villa overlooks the golf course. The pool is also a one minute walk from the villa and has bathrooms and a heated shower to wash off the sand as well as plenty of seating to include shaded areas when a break from the beach is in order.
Great for families, very relaxing place. Palmas del Mar is a beautifully maintained, unique resort in Puerto Rico that is easily accessible from the airport via expressways. The resort has many amenities that include beach, pool, golf, tennis, marina, horses, shopping, small grocery store, restaurants, a hotel with casino, and a new spa! BEACH CLUB PASSES AVAILABLE. Once you arrive in Palmas, you can park your car, rent a golf cart and access everything you will need for a perfect vacation. Walmart and Sam's one exit away via expressway. Additionally, Palmas del Mar is perfectly located for those that would like to explore the natural beauty Puerto Rico has to offer. Rain Forrest and Bioluminescent bay are approximately 30 minutes away via expressway.

Why the Owner Chose Palmas del Mar
My wife and I searched for many years for a great vacation spot, we looked everywhere in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and the Carolinas but none of the resorts we looked at had all the amenities we were looking for. The only place we found with beautiful beaches, nice pool facilities, golf, tennis, access to a marina, horseback riding and with a great nightlife with nice restaurants and casino and that was warm all year was the The Palmas del Mar resort in Puerto Rico. This is why we decided to buy a property there.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Very relaxing atmosphere. The villa is steps to the beach and to the pool facilities. It has plenty of room for large families. Great view of the beach, golf course and El Yunque rainforest. 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, one designed by Gary Player. Tennis Club with 20 courts: 2 artificial grass Omni Courts, 4 Har-Tru clay courts and 14 hard courts, many lighted for night play. Stables with Horses for Horseback riding. Marina and Yacht Club with access to charter boats for fishing, snorkeling and some of the other Caribbean islands. Over 20 Restaurants inside the resort. Hotel with Casino walking distance from the villa.

My family of 5 stayed in this condo for over 3 weeks in June and we had a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable and my kids had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the beach across the street. We also enjoyed the neighboring pool. We don’t golf, but the course behind the condo looked very nice and we saw many people playing there daily. Our family recommended this condo to others staying in the area. The Owner was also pleasant and easy to work with. Enjoy!

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished muliti level/condo. Just steps from the beach and a pool:) My husband, 3 daughters and I had a blast. Definitely recommend; wish we could have stayed longer.

Although this unit is very close to the beach, which is lovely, and the pool is also a great feature, I have to write that the unit itself is quite old. I believe that these villas were some of the original villas to Palmas and the unit is truly showing its age. We were disappointed with holes in the ceiling and walls, window levers that had fallen to the floor, furniture with chips, and other structural details that needed repair. It sounds from the description that some changes have been made to this unit, which I hope will improve other travelers' stays.
Owner response:We welcome all feedback as we are always trying to find ways to make our home a better experience for other families. The window lever and other cosmetic concerns were addressed immediately and the unit was completely repainted soon afterward. Given that we do not live on site we appreciate when any of our guests take the time to give us timely feedback.

On our first visit to Puerto Rico we couldn't have found a better property! The Palmas Del Mar property was everything described on VRBO & more! Spacious, clean, comfortable & absolutely beautiful views! Great ammenities made our vacation complete! After vacationing to many beach propertys we found it to be a great deal for an exotic destination. One of our favorite photos was literally taken off the deck looking out onto the crystal blue Puerto Rican water! We vacationed with our teenagers and their friends and we were pleased to have plenty of space & lots of activities to please us all. My husband was immediately taken by how diligent the grounds crew worked to maintain the entire property, I believe he was wishing he could take them home with us! We enjoyed many of the delicous local restaurants after taking in the sun all day. It was a treat to be able to taste the local flavor without leaving the property. Amazing vacation, can't wait to get back to our new slice of paradise!!

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The community (Beach Villages) was very well maintained with excellent security. The condo is about a 2 minute walk to the pool and the beach - we made good use of both and loved the close proximity to both areas. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The condo is within walking distance to the hotel which offers a casino, restaurant, coffee/sundry shop. The Flying Pizza in the village was surprisingly good! The condo owner had created a book with recommendations for eating, recreation and points of interest which proved to be very helpful. We had a great visit and would highly recommend this property.

I went to this beautiful condo in Puerto Rico with family and friends. I love how close the condo was to the beach and the pool. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone and really enjoyed the layout of the condo. The beach is absolutely breathtaking especially at sunset. The condo is located near the city and there are so many things to do and see in Puerto Rico. If you are looking for a fun place to go with family and friends this is a perfect spot.
