Brand new beautifully appointed home, loaded with amenities for a perfect vacation. Located about 1/2 mile from Gondola. Professionally designed and decorated home is a four bedroom, four and a half bath, three level home with views of the mountain with a total of 4000 square feet of living space.
This home is loaded with upgraded furnishings, and furniture to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Top of the line beds and linens. Everything for your comfort is here to enjoy.
The two areas of entry offer a slate entry to take off shoes, boots and coats. If you like to cook or want to have gatherings for family and friends, there is a full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal, along with service for 14. The kitchen offers brand new stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge.
The great room and dining room feature hardwood floors, a large dining table for 14 and a combination of leather and wood furniture to provide plenty of comfortable seating for everyone whether it is a formal dinner or game night. Surround sound for the TV, music from cable, or the convenient IPOD docking station can be played on the in house audio system.
The living room has a 52" flat screen HDTV with Sony PS3 Blu Ray player and 2 game controllers. great stereo system and a Grand River rock fireplace. A deck and large windows provide a commanding view of the gondola and ski area. A gas grill is provided on the deck as well as a brand new Hot Springs, six person hot tub on the back patio out the finished lower level.
Special attention was taken in choosing high-quality mattresses and linens for maximum comfort after a long day of playing. The first floor houses the master bedroom, fireplace and full bath.
The midlevel floor has two full bedrooms each with it's own complete bathrooms. One is a King and the other has twin beds that can be pushed together to form a third king bed.
The third level is another social center of the home with a second 52" HDTV, Sony PS3/Blue Ray DVD, two controllers, mini fridge, microwave and game table.
This level offers the "bunk room" with two extra long bunk beds each housing a third trundle for maximum sleeping of six. The queen sofa sleeper can also sleep two additional guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a great IPOD stereo alarm clock and ceiling fan.
Each bedroom is equipped with enough furniture and closet space so you can unpack, put your things away, and not trip over your luggage all week.
The home offers cozy radiant in floor heating throughout the house. A brand new Maytag front load steam washer and Maytag front load dryer are available to help minimize your packing. Be sure to bring your laptop for access to high speed wireless internet.
An information book, dining guides, and ski area maps are well stocked on the coffee table for your vacation planning.
A free city bus stop is 3 blocks from the home and will take you to the Gondola or downtown area. Fantastic restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shopping are within a bus ride or short drive.
The Steamboat bike path is about two blocks from the townhome which connects you to the downtown area and the Yampa River.

We chose to buy a vacation home in Steamboat because we love doing outdoor activities and Steamboat offers activities for all seasons. The town is family friendly and still reasonable compared to many ski areas.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love that while we are "vacationing" we feel we are in a beautiful comfortable home. We enjoy the fact that we can invite other families to visit without feeling crowded. We love the restaurants, shops and outdoor activities in all seasons. The people in Steamboat are incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoy being active all day, and options for a great restaurant or club in the evening. Or, a nice quiet night in with a great dinner and fire.

Communication was excellent! Our group of 4 adults and 4 children spent 3 nights in this wonderful home. The home is perfectly decorated for the Steamboat location and furnished with very high quality appliances and furniture. It has a perfect combination of large gathering areas and private spaces. We had a gathering with other members of our ski team and the house easily accommodated dinner for 10 adults, 9 kids. The location is minutes from Gondola. The owner was great to work with.

Brought up a group of 13 for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect! Tons of room - great hot tub, LOVED the iPod-friendly stereo. Kitchen was a great gathering place for large dinners - house was more comfortable and luxurious than the pictures show! Two thumbs up!!

Beautiful property. It had everything you could want or need. It is a very short walk or easy shuttle to the gondola at the slope. Incredibly comfortable accomodation. Would highly recommend this property.

"Luxury Home" does not begin to describe this experience. The accommodations far exceeded all expectations. We had a large group, but everyone was able to find comfortable space to relax after a full day of skiing. The proximity of this home to the resort made it easy to access the slopes--1 block from the bus shuttle. In fact, one of our group decided to take a 10 minute walk home after skiing. Nothing will top the hot tub to soothe some aching muscles after skiing. We can't wait to come back, and we won't stay anywhere else in Steamboat. This home is a gem of the first water.

Laura, we loved our stay in your home. Thanks for making the rental process smooth and being so responsive. Our group agreed that Snowflake Circle was our best rental yet for our annual trip and easily rivals any property we have rented in any part of the country. Great floor plan and outfitting especially good. The two common areas worked wonderfully for us/teens. The quality of finish details, furnishings and appliances is very high - would fit in Aspen as in Steamboat.

House was in excellent condition. Very clean throughout, neat bedrooms kitchen and bath were spotless; beds very comfortable with lots of blankets. Working with the owner was as good an experience as we've had with VRBO. Owner was accessible, responded quickly throughout the rental process, enabled us to come early and leave late since the property was not rented back to back. There were no surprises which is awesome when renting from an owner for the first time. We will definitely consider staying here and again and will recommend this property to our friends!

Laura, I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed your home....from the views, to the decor, to the well stocked kitchen, just to the overall comfort. We have rented from VRBO in the past and have been let down when we arrived, but your home exceeded our expectations! We even bought some treasures from your neighbor across the street at his yard sale. Your home will be at the top of the list for our next visit to the "Boat".

What a great home that is beautifully decorated! Our group of 10 were very comfortable with all bedroom and bathrooms stocked with high quality linens and towels. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining a large group with every utensil, appliance and serving pieces you could imagine. It was so nice to have a table that accommodated all of us for dinners! The furnishings are very high end but also comfy to relax in after a full day of fun. Absolutely top notch. I can't wait to return again soon!

Awesome home and vacation spot! Incredible views of the mountain and the surrounding area! Plenty of nicely apppointed space to launch your Steamboat adventures from. Close to the slopes. We walked to and from the base of the mountain to shop and see the entertainment there. We filled the house with ten friends and had plenty of space for all! You could see that the owners took a lot of time, effort, and money to decorate the place and then keep it properly maintained. We were very comfortable there. My wife and I were fortunate enough to sleep in the second master suite on the middle floor - had to fight off a few friends for it. It was really peaceful sleeping in that bed. We are planning on going back to stay there with my extended family! I can't wait! Thanks for the memories!
