Your home is beautiful and was perfect for our family stay. You probably did not control the weather but that was perfect as well. My wife loved the shampoo line you provide. If we ever return to Steamboat, you will have another renter. You should be proud of your home!

Communication was excellent! Our group of 4 adults and 4 children spent 3 nights in this wonderful home. The home is perfectly decorated for the Steamboat location and furnished with very high quality appliances and furniture. It has a perfect combination of large gathering areas and private spaces. We had a gathering with other members of our ski team and the house easily accommodated dinner for 10 adults, 9 kids. The location is minutes from Gondola. The owner was great to work with.

Brought up a group of 13 for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect! Tons of room - great hot tub, LOVED the iPod-friendly stereo. Kitchen was a great gathering place for large dinners - house was more comfortable and luxurious than the pictures show! Two thumbs up!!

Beautiful property. It had everything you could want or need. It is a very short walk or easy shuttle to the gondola at the slope. Incredibly comfortable accomodation. Would highly recommend this property.

"Luxury Home" does not begin to describe this experience. The accommodations far exceeded all expectations. We had a large group, but everyone was able to find comfortable space to relax after a full day of skiing. The proximity of this home to the resort made it easy to access the slopes--1 block from the bus shuttle. In fact, one of our group decided to take a 10 minute walk home after skiing. Nothing will top the hot tub to soothe some aching muscles after skiing. We can't wait to come back, and we won't stay anywhere else in Steamboat. This home is a gem of the first water.

Laura, we loved our stay in your home. Thanks for making the rental process smooth and being so responsive. Our group agreed that Snowflake Circle was our best rental yet for our annual trip and easily rivals any property we have rented in any part of the country. Great floor plan and outfitting especially good. The two common areas worked wonderfully for us/teens. The quality of finish details, furnishings and appliances is very high - would fit in Aspen as in Steamboat.

House was in excellent condition. Very clean throughout, neat bedrooms kitchen and bath were spotless; beds very comfortable with lots of blankets. Working with the owner was as good an experience as we've had with VRBO. Owner was accessible, responded quickly throughout the rental process, enabled us to come early and leave late since the property was not rented back to back. There were no surprises which is awesome when renting from an owner for the first time. We will definitely consider staying here and again and will recommend this property to our friends!

Laura, I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed your home....from the views, to the decor, to the well stocked kitchen, just to the overall comfort. What a great home that is beautifully decorated! Our group of 10 were very comfortable with all bedroom and bathrooms stocked with high quality linens and towels. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining a large group with every utensil, appliance and serving pieces you could imagine. It was so nice to have a table that accommodated all of us for dinners! The furnishings are very high end but also comfy to relax in after a full day of fun. Absolutely top notch. I can't wait to return again soon!

Awesome home and vacation spot! Incredible views of the mountain and the surrounding area! Plenty of nicely apppointed space to launch your Steamboat adventures from. Close to the slopes. We walked to and from the base of the mountain to shop and see the entertainment there. We filled the house with ten friends and had plenty of space for all! You could see that the owners took a lot of time, effort, and money to decorate the place and then keep it properly maintained. We were very comfortable there. My wife and I were fortunate enough to sleep in the second master suite on the middle floor - had to fight off a few friends for it. It was really peaceful sleeping in that bed. We are planning on going back to stay there with my extended family! I can't wait! Thanks for the memories!

I spent five days at this wondeful home in late March of 2011 and every thing was perfect. The main living area is large and comfortable and the lower living area is smaller and more private a nice place to relax if after a long day on the slopes. The linens and kitchen utencils are of high quality which is always nice when you are on vacation. The location is great we would ride the bus to the mounian in the morning and most days we just walked back it takes less than 10 minutes. Overall I would highly recomend this as a vacation rental for a family or a group of couples there is plenty of room.

We were very happy with all the house included. We had a minor zone heating problem and were happy with a quick response and resolution to our situation. We were impressed with how well the home is built and insulated even with temps as low as -20. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay and really admired and appreciated the upgraded furnishings and finishes to such an amazing home. We, also, felt the location was perfect; especially the easy access to the bus line for quick free transportation to the mountain base or the town.

We had a great trip. I am a doctor in Denver, Colorado and my wife and I got a few days free and wanted to take a last minute trip to Steamboat. The house was more than we needed, but we said what the heck. We live in a smaller downtown home and were looking forward to some extra room, clean air and silence. The bottom line is that this house could comfortably fit 14 people, COMFORTABLY. My wife and are snobs when it comes to this sort of stuff, and we found this place to be a mansion for us and our two kids. The bunk bed room in the lower level would have been more than enough for the 4 of us. Outside the bunk room is a TV room with board games, a back yard and hot tub that the kids went NUTS over. The kitchen is gourmet with everything you need, and the fridge had things like ketchup, pickles, and condiments we didn't have to buy and waste. Another plus if you have small children is there are not a lot of nick nacks and trinkets for the kids to get a hold of and break. The place is clutter free.

Hi Laura, Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had a great time, and the team won the tournament. Your house was wonderful. So well stocked with everything - thank you. We have stayed in many homes for trips like this and usually find the homes to be lacking in many amenities, especially the kitchen. Not yours. Every time we wanted something we looked for it and were able to find it. Having enough dishes and silverware for a large group was especially nice. One of the families that stayed with us is the coach of a younger team and he said he is going to bring his team back next year. As soon as we have a date I will contact you about your home. The description for the property was right on the money..terrific location, great ammenities, beautifully built home..Just like the pictures the owner posted! We houesed, in our time there, as few as four people and as many as 13 and were very comfortable on both ends. The bedroom/bathroom arrangements could not be better.. as well as the living areas accomodating everyone.. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to fix meals for our thirteen easily.. plenty of dishes and cookware... The property was close to both the ski area and the town of Steamboat proper.. not to mention the access to all there is to do around and in those areas. (We used the jeep trails, fly fished, did mountain biking, tubed, and loved the town of Steamboat proper!! ) We had our own transportation, but found that area buses ran regualary by this house if you did not have the use of a car.. The owner went out of thier ways to see to our needs while there and before our arrival.. This experience could not of been better... we will be back!

The Eddy’s have really hit a home run with this mountain home! It was absolutely fantastic. The location was wonderful; minutes from the lifts, downtown, shopping..etc. The house is a very large brand new home with all the amenities one would want. My family and friends have been doing an annual ski trip for 15 years now and we agree this was probably the best one yet. 8” of fresh snow didn’t hurt but a lot of it had to do with this beautiful home.If you are staying in Steamboat and looking for a really exquisite place to stay….contact the Eddy’s! I know I’ll be back next time my travels take me to Steamboat.

Wow! What a sensational property! We can't say enough good things about our experience with this beautiful home. We have been using VRBO for years and this has been our BEST experience. The owners, Laura & Chuck, were so helpful in answering our questions and getting us prepared for our Steamboat experience. The shuttle service couldn't be more convenient and the setting is so beautiful. This home is really a showcase. Appointed with quality furniture and decorations throughout. The space is huge, plenty of seperation for families and all ages. Comfortably accomidates up to 15 people. Steamboat is a fabulous place to visit and this home just makes the trip that much better. We want to go back and we will definately stay here again..Wow!

What a spectacular home! It has everything a family or group could want and more. Such a treat! This home is very spacious with two family rooms, so the kids have a space to call their own. It is perfect for multiple families to share with each bedroom having access to it's own beautiful bathroom. All of the amenities are high end which adds to the character and comfort of this beautifully decorated home. The dinning table is large and seats up to 14 people making it a great spot to gather for meals and making memories. It is in a great location with wonderful views and shuttle service. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a comfortable, special and memorable Steamboat experience!
