The studio apartment has a Queen bed a flatscreen wall-mounted TV built-in DVD player full-size washer and dryer a complete kitchen with microwave oven and a large countertop convection oven, wireless Internet, French doors open onto a large deck with patio furniture for your enjoyment of a fantastic view of white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this apartment is right on the beach.
Will be available in spring and fall for weekly rental or weekend getaway, it will rent for $600 total for a week, it will accommodate a couple or a family with small children, an air bed is available, a weekend getaway rate $350 total.
This Rental is a three-story townhome directly on the beach it will accommodate 10 guest, it has a king bed, a queen bed two full bathrooms on the third floor.
The second floor has a kitchen dining room living room with a queen sofa sleeper.
The first floor has a queen bed, full kitchen, bath with shower, they can be rented combined or individually the rate for the first floor only is $600 total.
All three floors have a deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Location: Sunchase town homes on scenic gulf drive near Destin which is famous for our sugar sand white beaches and emerald green water. Destin has the largest fishing fleet in the state of Florida, it is known as the luckiest fishing village in the world. There are numerous golf courses, shopping malls and the largest outlet mall in the country. We have an abundance of fast food restaurants and many other fine restaurants for your dining pleasure. This town home is directly on the beach when you reach the bottom of the stairs walked about 30 yards south and you will have wet feet.
This condo has everything you need for your vacation pleasure including washer and dryer.
The town home is it about 2 miles from Sandestin Golf Course, is about 500 yards from the whales tail where all the young people hang out and play volleyball, lay in the sun and walk the beach. Just across the street is a Circle K convenience store, next to it you can rent scooters bicycles little cars and motorcycles.

April 7 – May 26 – $1300 per week
May 26 – August 11 – $2100 per week
August11- October 6 $1500 per week.
October - 6 – October 27 – $1200 per week.
October 27 – December 29 – $900 per week $150 nightly--3 night mim.
November and December are available for monthly rates.
Studio available late spring and early fall $700 weekly $125 nightly weekends

We stayed in the studio apartment. The price and location was excellent! We could be on the beautiful beach in a few steps, or we could be shopping in the outlet stores with a 3 minute drive. My wife and I were very pleased. The best part is that the studio apartment was pet friendly! We were able to bring our little chihuahua with us on our trip. This condo will definitely be top on our list of places to stay in Destin!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

I was there from September 17-21. The house was very clean had everything I needed and Dave was really nice and helpfull. The family and i plan to take another trip to destin next year and are planing on staying in the same house. The balcony view of the beach is amazing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
