My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo the 3rd week of July, 2011. The balcony view was awesome! We saw dolphins a couple of mornings. Many choices of restaurants and shopping in nearby Destin. Again we had a great time and would highly recommend anyone to stay here...you won't be disppointed.

We had a wonderful time in Ft. Walton. The Accomodations were wonderful. Everything was accuratly decribed. The View as great. Thanks Gloria, we will definitely be back!

MY WIFE AND I RECENTLY STAYED AT GLORIA'S CONDO,MARCH 11 -18 2011.LOVED THE CONDO,THE VIEW WAS GREAT,PLANNING ON COMING BACK IN THE FALL 2011.GLORIA WAS SO HELPFUL .CONDO HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED ,WASHER&DRYER,1 1/2 BATH'S,VERY CLEAN !!THE PICTURE'S ARE JUST LIKE THE CONDO ADVERTISED.THE BEACH WAS AWESOME WHITE SANDS AND VERY CLEAN!.THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME ON THE GULFSIDE .FT WALTON AREA WAS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX ON VACATION.THANKS AGAIN GLORIA FOR ALL YOUR HELP .

A truly relaxing stay at a perfect location. My soul is rejuvenated. My highlights: watching schools of rays patrol the shoreline and the antics of the birds frantically fishing! The condo is located perfectly - with a fantastic ocean view. I left the sliding doors open at night to hear the sound of the surf as I slept (best sleep in years!) The beaches were quiet at this time of year, and after Thanksgiving, i was often the only one on the beach. The photos dont do it justice - its even better! Gloria was very helpful in all our communication and the unit was as described. I loved it and was truly very sad to leave. I will be back, have no doubt.

My husband and I have stayed at Gloria's place for the past 2 years and will continue to return, year after year! This place is beautiful, and the pictures show only half of what is really there!!! This year, while swimming mid-morning, we watched Dolphins play nearly 50 yards away from where we were. Last year, we watched them from the balcony...every morning. I have visited Destin every year,for the past 15 years. Now that I am older, and married,I am not impressed with the hustle and bustle of Destin. I loved Gloria's place because it is quiet and not so busy. However, we are close enough to Destin, if we choose to go over the bridge. The ISLAND has everything there that you need to make your stay complete. Plus, the city of Fort Walton has a lot of hidden treasures to find. Most people will overlook them because they prefer Destin, as it is a well known city. More people should visit the western side of town, more often.

My husband and I have stayed with Gloria for the past few years and would not consider staying any where else when in Ft. Walton. Our first stay was wonderful, and we have returned every year on the same weekend for our anniversary. The owner is a great person to deal with and does everything that she promises. The condo is wonderful with spectacular views of the beach. The photos are great, but wait until you actually see the property! It is one of the few places I would choose to live, upon our retirement.

This condo was wonderful. Although it is a condo and not a private home, it has a beautiful home like feel to it. It was very quiet and low key.. just what we needed. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed. It was also a pleasure to deal personally with the owner versus a big realty company where you are just a number. The beach was pristine. We kept our eye out for tar but the water was absolutely crystal clear without a single sign of any oil. The only sign that there was a problem, were the BP workers on the beach. The restaurants in the area are just fantastic. Our favorite is the Old Bay Steamer, Pandora's has great food and awesome entertainment (Greg Pendleton), and just a short drive to Destin to eat at Dewey Destin's is well worth it.. very reasonable prices and the best Crabcakes ever. Terrific Visit! We will be back.

The Condo was just like the pictures but better. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The balcony was perfect for just relaxing and listening to the waves. The view was beautiful. We went to Destin for the night-life and great food which was just 10 min. away. We want to come back next year and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some major down-time and a relaxing vacation.

Want to "get-a-way" from life for a few days or week??? .... Plan your time here at this gorgeous property. It is perfect for a couple (or small family) and the priviacy is great. This is our new "HOME" away from home. The location is close to everything you need....restaurants, shopping and activities. The decor is wonderful and the view is spectaculas...don't even need to leave the porch (although there is a pool, b-b-q pit and private parking). The owner is polite, honest and will work with any changes you need. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice, easy, relaxing vacation.

My family stayed a few nights March 2010 - just to see if we liked the Ft. Walton area and this particular condo.. We LOVED it! The condo is "just as advertised". The Beaches are white sand & very clean.. I've been to several beaches in FL & this is one to come back to over & over again. I'm ready for a full week or MORE next year! You will not be disappointed. This is a small set of condos, not the huge hotel feel - which is exactly what we were after. Very quiet.. The view from the balcony is Gorgeous!

This was the best vacation ever! I've been to several beaches and absolutely fell in love with Okaloosa Island. This complex is small and not overcrowded like all other condos. The photos were exactly how the room appeared. The beach was gorgeous and I have already made plans to come back in 2010. My family and I have made this our destinination for years to come!
