This units location is in walking distance to all attractions Seaside Heights has to offer. This condo is one year old. There is a 3'-5' inground POOL, which is only shared with 5 other units. You will also have access to the 2 car tandem Garage for off-street parking, and all your beach items. Master bedroom has a queen bed with Master Bath, Bedroom #2 has Full Size bed, Bedroom #3 has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. Living room has queen pull out sofa.   • Our family spent one great week (7/3/09 -7/11/09) at this beautiful condo. Located only a 1/2 block from beach and boardwalk it was very convenient and was perfect for our family. The owners have done an excellent job of offering comfortable amenities and features. Centrally air conditioned, wonderfully maintained heated pool and easy access to the beach. Truly a unique gem in the area and a pleasure to return to the pool after getting battered by the sun and waves. The balcony was a great spot to see the fireworks, too. I can't say enough about Denis and Christine, the owners, very gracious and available anytime to answer any questions. Our family had a great vacation!!! I give this rental a five star rating and I plan on returning every year. Thank you so much!
