This home is spectacular beyond imagination. We have ocean views from Montauk to Manhattan and the layout of the home English country gardens, decks and the stone patio all integrate to form an Architectural masterpiece. The 20X40 gunite inground pool has full ocean views and is one of the very special attributes of the house.
The house usually leases on a monthly basis for July and August however that is variable based on the summer. Rental prices in prime season (July and August)are $10,000 weekly and about half during June and September. We will rent for the season or any period a month or greater.
