Come stay in our Grand Country Estate in the heart of the city. Dust off a 100 year old book as you step into our history, in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
This masterfully re-crafted 1924 estate is located in a quiet residential area. Our hardwood floors complement the many antique furnishings. Sumptuous bed linens, private baths, complimentary toiletries, TV/Stereo/DVD players in each room, parlour and kitchen; as well each room is climate controlled.
Settle into the hot tub under the lighted Cherry Tree, Grapevines and Walnut Tree and enjoy the solitude. This is a superb estate that is well worth staying at.
The East wing has two bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room and parlour. The weekly rental rate of $2500 is for the East Wing only.
A separate cottage (listing # 239094 can also be rented on the property, call for details.
The West wing, an exquisite, incredible Master suite with Butlers Pantry,(1000 square ft) can be rented alone or with the East wing. Please inquire.

- Outdoor movies shown in Creekside Cabana at least once weekly by arrangement with onsite owner. This property is hailed as one of the most beautiful in the area. It is 2/3 acre, and fully landscaped. It was chosen as a location for a movie. Ducks, squirrels and other creatures make this a true paradise. 1/3 acre back yard ideal for games (have the stuff you need), gatherings, events, weddings. Also available, the worlds largest water "floaty". Holds 6 adults; comes with inflatable cooler, launch deck, canopy, portable air supply. Inflates in 20 minutes, deflates in 10. Strong capable adults only. Not a kiddy toy.

Year Purchased: 2007
Kris is an entrepreneur at heart. At the tender age of 16, she leveraged 13 years of Ballet and opened a Ballet School. At age 30, she opened a State Certified Home Health Agency in North Carolina (Primary Care Nursing) while undertaking Bachelor degrees studies. After graduation she became an accomplished semi pro body builder winning many titles in the USA. After moving back to Canada in 1997, she undertook a Masters of Health Studies program in 2001 after which she incepted the idea of a private diagnostic imaging company. Opening in 2003 in the middle of the Okanagan Mountain FireStorm was challenging, and within a few weeks began her MBA studies. In 2006 after finishing her MBA, she continued on with her entrepreneurial pursuits by purchasing this property (which you are now reviewing) and turned it into an upscale Bed and Breakfast, complete with 3 course gourmet breakfasts. She has a very high ranking on Trip Advisor reflective of the breakfasts, and Grand Country Estate essence of the property. Kris does all of her own grounds keeping and maintenance, housekeeping, cooking, breakfasts, bookkeeping and website maintenance.
