The Three bedroom Tommy Bahama Island House has original hardwood floors, new wood kitchen, plasma 32" TV, quality stereo and CD player, DVD, Quality (Sterns and Foster) mattresses with new designer linens and comforter, as well as Goose Down Feather Pillows. Tommy Bahama Island wood furniture, designer decorated and well appointed house. Classic charming beach house with small front and rear porch. This 1920s beach house had an interior update in 2007 with new bathrooms, tile floors, original wood floors, new roofs and furniture.
There are no streets to cross, backyard and the two BBQ grills shared by all guests. Washer and dryer are in the shed in back yard $1.25 wash, $1.00 dry. To access the backyard from the Tommy Bahama house, you walk past three cottages on Mandalay Ave or walk past three house to be on the beach.
The island house is 7 blocks walk or about 10 minutes to Pier 60 and all activities of the Beach. Across street and 3 blocks walk to swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball, community and recreation center for children and playground.

The backyard with Gazebo, chairs, BBQ grill is a common area shared by house and cottages. There is an 18 foot Chaparral open bow boat available for charter for trips to Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and even Tarpon Springs.

Linens and towels are provided. After 3 days, we will deliver new towels upon request. Paper goods included.
Wedding parties and other family reunion services available; Friendly staff on-site for
all your needs. Wifi Internet is available inside Tommy Bahama House.
Our Policies: There are additional cleaning charges added to your bill if the trash is not put in the Garbage pails, dishes left in sink, very messy cottage, towels or anything missing. This is a beautiful Island home. Noise after 11:00 pm, inviting unregistered guest over without permission, or unacceptable behavior such as public intoxication will result in eviction without refund.
The beach is 300 -400 yards walk just down the block (less than one minute)
Pier 60 with vendors, entertainers, fishing pier, bands and nighttime activities 7 blocks walk,about 10 minutes.
Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Restaurant and Palm Pavilion outdoor waterfront restaurants 4 blocks walk. Live music at both and directly on the sand.State of the art Olympic size adult pool and children's play pool, showers, lifeguard, recreation center, tennis and basketball, library and boat ramp just across the street and 3 blocks walk (small fee for guests all provided by the City of Clearwater $4.00) Free children's playground and park with bocci courts, rides, BBQ grill just across the street, two block down on Mandalay Ave. Trolley and bus stop just outside next block. Angelo's Pizza just across street. Busch Gardens one hour drive

House has all Tommy Bahama Designer Island theme furniture and very cozy and living room has several sofas and lounge chairs where your group can congregate and overlook activities of Mandalay Ave. Like your own cozy bed and breakfast.

After traveling around the world dozens of times, I have appreciated the natural beauty of Clearwater Beach and decided to reside here. Here, I enjoy spectacular sunsets from my rear porch, swim in warm waters most of the years, and enjoy friendship and happiness with others who desire the same. What an unexpected delight. After staying in so many beach condos, this was a delighfully different experience. I felt like Humphrey Bogart in Cassablanca. I slept in the west porch bedroom with door open allowing Gulf breezes through the house all night. The crashing of waves and wind made me feel like being in real Florida. The Decor brought me back in time and felt like I really was at an Island. Nice touches like ceiling fans in all room, large plasm TV, Air conditioner units in all bedrooms. Great location. Was able to walk everywhere. Will return soon, I hope. K
