This is an excellent location in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are situated on Venetian Bay, across the street from the Gulf beach, on perstigious Gulf Shore Blvd.
Our Condo has approximately eighteen hundred square feet and is very airy with sliding doors on the living area overlooking the bay. Each bedroom has a large double window, all bedrooms have ceiling fans with hurrican shutters.
The dinning room will seat six comfortably, the game table in the living area can be used as an extra table for more seating.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It has a walk in closet. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds. Each bedroom has a large closet. The second bath across from the guest bedrooms has a walk in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and all the necesary appliances to make your stay easier.
The living area is open and comfortable with a sofa, loveseat, two chairs and a double recliner. We also have a card table where you can either play cards or use the table for entertaining.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer and a ironing board in the wall.
You can sunbathe on our deck overlooking the bay or swim in our heated pool. If you enjoy the sunsets, just walk across the street and join the many others to see the spectacular sunsets.
We are close enough to the Venetian Village to walk to the shops or have dinner at the many great restaurants in the Village. Many other shopping centers, the Waterside shops, and restaurants are within a mile as are many churches.
