Welcome to these spectacular ocean views! Enjoy dinner or cocktails on your private patio overlooking turquoise waters. Watch for humpback whales in the winter, dolphins and green sea turtles year round. There are even cathedral windows to maximize the view from the generously proportioned living room.

You will find delightful Hawaiian decor and charming island artwork in this comfortable two-story townhome, which boasts 1331 sq. ft. of interior space and 315 sq. ft. of your own private lanais. There are two generous-sized bedrooms on the lower level, and there is a private, secluded lanai off the master bedroom to take advantage of the cooler evenings. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and there is a powder room upstairs. Of course wifi is provided for the business traveler away from home.

Poipu Kai is one of the Southshore's most popular resorts and Manualoha is the section within Poipu Kai closest to the ocean and the beach. There are 52 Manualoha condos on 6.6 acres so the density is one of the lowest on the Southshore. This makes for wide expanses of green lawns and walkways leading to the beach, which is a comfortable 6-8 minute stroll to the No. one rated beach in the United States by the Travel Channel, Poipu Beach We have also provided beach chairs and cooler, and numerous other useful beach toys, like boogie boards and beach umbrella, tatami mats, etc.

There are two pools for your convenience, one is about 20 paces from your front door; and tennis courts and BBQ area are available for your use. Just a few steps across the lawn is one of the best-kept secrets of Poipu, namely Brennecke’s Beach Broiler, a favorite watering hole for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Within a five-minute drive you have excellent restaurants like Roy’s, which has branches in San Francisco and other top eating destinations; you will find the sophistication of a capital city, yet the charm of the Garden Island of Kauau.
