Enjoy towering Redwoods off the deck with private hot tub. Three bedrooms each with queen size beds, three full baths, large kitchen (with all amenities of home), dining area (with redwood view), and a beautiful view of the Redwoods from living room and master suite.
Master bath amenities include dual shower heads, soaking tub with skylight (for two), and double sinks. All beds feature queen size tempurpedic mattresses, assuring the guests of peaceful night sleep. Master bedroom has an electric fireplace.
Sea Ranch parking(2) and trail passes(6) are included. Enjoy hiking in redwood forests, strolling rugged beaches, tide pooling, abalone diving, fishing, local events in art and music, great golf, whale watching, kite flying, kayaking, bicycling, tennis, swimming, and so much more. We provide cable TV and a video/audio library. Video rental is available in town. We are less than 1 mile to shopping and restaurents. Please, no pets.
Our home is an short walk to the challenging “Sea Ranch Golf Links”. It is a breath taking 18 hole course along the rugged coastline. There is a horse facility, airport, and three recreation centers in Sea Ranch with heated pools and tennis courts that are for your use.

Year Purchased: 1997
I fell in love with the Sea Ranch back in the early 1980's. This home was near new and unfinished when I bought it in 1997. I own and operate a business in Roseville CA. I added many personal touches and upgrades to finish the home. I plan to retire in Sea Ranch, but that is several years off. My original intent was to offer this home as a vacation rental from the beginning, but the lack of control on the rental aspects stopped me. The VRBO setup suits my needs. I love this home and wish my guests to cherish it also.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Ranch
The North Coast is the most beautiful area in the world! The climate is wonderful; shorts and sweater in the morning and a nice warm fire at night. Never a need for air conditioning.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekened and just loved it!! One of the best house we rented so far. Home has everything you need, very clean and cozy, has tons of kids games. We did mushroom picking, went to the ocean (pretty nice walk) and just relaxed. We highly recommend this property. Joan & Mike, thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

My adult son and I stayed two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The home is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and located within a mile or so of some great markets in Gualala (try the market on the ocean side of Hwy. 1). Sea Ranch is a great place to hike, the recreation facilities are terrific (and close by) and the deck and hot tub at the rear of the home is an incredibly beautiful place to relax and enjoy. We highly recommend this property.
