Extras include: 2 refrigerators, fish sink, books, games & videos. Outside enclosed showers, keyed renters closet, gas & charcoal grills & covered stairway & parking. Beach access across the street.

Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island
We chose Litchfield because it's not Myrtle Beach but we have access to it. Much quieter down here and the beaches are much less crowded...not to mention cleaner. The people in the Pawleys Litchfield area are very nice too.

We bought this house and love it. We continue to update and improve it each year. We just addes a wonderful pool and if we knew it would have increased the demand this much we would have done it years ago.
